Could not be happier. My previous cardiologist in Liverpool recommended Dr Ford after we moved to the Central Coast.
I was blown away by his friendly manner.
I was only having a yearly check up but he put me at ease immediately.
Listened intently to what I had to say.
Easily the best specialist, medical person I’ve ever been involved with! Just looking at all the reviews, every one of them five stars, says it all.
Clearly he is a leader in his field and it showed with every explanation he gave me. Thorough and precise.
Had to wait 90 minutes (he and his staff apologized) but I didn’t care in the end after seeing him. I’d be happy to wait three hours just to see him!
The staff were excellent as well.
I walked out in awe of the total experience.
Fortunately/unfortunately he doesn’t need to see me again for two years. lol

Dr Tom Ford and all his incredible staff provided me with absolutely wonderful care and support. My personal experience ended up being very rushed and everyone went above and beyond 2 days before Christmas making sure my health was a priority and I received all necessary medical treatment. Dr Tom Ford is an incredible surgeon/specialist he truly cares about his patients and their wellbeing

So happy with my treatment and care at Central Heart. Dr Tom Ford is highly skilled in his field and is a great communicator. He heads an amazing and caring team; the nursing staff are wonderful. After many months of terrible tiredness, the discovery of a 90% blocked artery and the thought of surgery came as a great shock. However, the whole experience was made as comfortable as possible. The feeling of being alive and of returned energy within a couple of days, was truly remarkable. Thank you to all.

Prof Tom Ford is an outstanding, professional whose knowledge and skills saved me from open heart surgery! He remediated my 20 year old blocked stent with apparent ease while I quietly napped with just a minimal anaesthetic! I give Dr Tom Ford five stars (like all of his reviews) He is very charming and puts you at ease immediately. He is well credentialed, highly recognised internationally and in Australia which gave me a good deal of confidence in him. He explained everything in terms I could understand, so I could make the right choices. The most impressive thing was his accessibility. My daughter contacted him (with my permission) with concerns and he rang her back at 8pm that night . I contacted him via email regarding medication and he once again rang me immediately. I did cardiac rehab with a number of his patients who all had nothing but praise for him. His staff are polite and very professional and it’s obvious they enjoy working with him . If you need the services of a cardiologist do yourself a favour and see Dr Tom Ford

Wow how refreshing to find a professional that actually cares and initiates proceedings for the sole benefit of his patients Truly outstanding care and goes above and beyond to help his patients when they are so vulnerable and concerned Dr Tom Ford actually listens and takes the time needed This is now the second time my partner David has been in cardiac distress and Dr Tom Ford has come through for us once again doing exactly what he said he would do, it certainly feels wonderful to know you have this professional lovely caring man in your corner when the chips are down ! Dr Ford is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough and most importantly easy to talk to and empathetic at a time when us patients and family feel very vulnerable, you get a feeling of being safe and looked after. The staff at the practice are very professional, friendly, prompt and always make you feel welcome.
