ZERO STARS IF I COULD
This place will waste your time, they will advertise for an apprenticeship and call you in for an exam when you apply. They won't line you up with an interview with the employer.
They will just get you into the office, so you can be put on their Data Base (to keep them in business and to keep themselves employed). They get kickbacks ($$$) from the Government just like most employment companies when they sign people up.
***FYI - example ....Employment Agencies will charge the company $45hr and pay you approx $25 (making money off you)
