Rudest reception team who don’t understand the simply tasks of their job such as being polite and providing referrals.
Manager there is rude, degrading and speaks to you as if you are incompetent.
Never go here and don’t bother calling them for anything or even to ask a question.
If could rate 0 stars I would.

I have an implant defibrillator and my cardiologist told me to get an NDIS help.. I am a local resident and visited this med.. enter many years.. went I give them the paperwork first time they told me to filled it up myself and they will sign it..and the second time they send me away.
The Prof. Cardiologist said he will call and speak to them.. but I don't trust this place anymore ?

Came as walk in. Dr was able to see me within 20minutes
Assessed the cut on my hand, and was able to glue it right up
Can’t complain for a bulk billing service

I have used this practice for years for things such as scripts, referrals and sick kids. I have found Dr Ali and the other doctors I have seen to be courteous and professional. I generally turn up at the centre ask how long to see a GP then go and shop for generally around an hour and go back.

The doctor's office I visited was by far the slowest medical facility I have ever been to. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30am, but I arrived 30 minutes early to make sure I was on time. Unfortunately, I didn't get seen until 12pm and ended up waiting for two hours. To make matters worse, there was only one doctor available, which made me wonder if this was a common occurrence. Despite feeling sorry for the other patients who had to wait just as long as I did, I will not be returning after such an unacceptable delay for a mere 10-minute appointment.

1 star is too much for this place.
Friday midday I injured my finger with the blender, I was panicking because blood was coming from everywhere. I went to this medical centre as it's the closest to me.
The receptionist looked at some guy without talking and I was explaining my situation. Apparently the guy is the attending doctor, Dr.Ali.
He stood there watching me , eventually he told after looking at my swollen finger, you DEFINITELY need stitches. They looked at each other for few seconds and he left.
The receptionist told me to come back at 1.45pm
I looked at the time and it was 12.15 pm. Apparently, Dr.Ali needed to go have his lunch, for 1 and a half hour.
I went to Bangor medical centre for the first time as well.
Dr Chang was on his lunch break but came and spent over 40 min stitching my finger.
I wouldn't be so upset if Dr Ali gave another excuse but seriously how can you leave a patient bleeding while you are the only available Dr.

I wondered if I was alone in finding that the man at reception was very nasty to me, but I came to check the reviews and can see that’s definitely not the case. The first time I called in asking for a dermatologist who can prescribe roaccutane (as not all can/will), he laughed at me and belittled me, and when I tried to call and reschedule my second appointment, he was rude again and refused to book me another appointment so I was guilted to go in. What a cruel and nasty little man. I won’t be going back and it’s a shame because Dr Ho is so lovely and has a much shorter wait time than many dermatologists around. I hope he leaves this owner and his dreadful practice.

Had a Telehealth apt and doctor said would send through script asap as was concerned whether I should go to hospital or take pain killers. Waited over 2 hours after numerous calls and kept saying he sent it and wouldn’t send again. Never received it. I turned up at the surgery asking for it to be done by another doctor as this doctor refused to send again or call me back to explain. Waited another half hour to even get it after I refused to leave without it! Poor form. Had no problem billing straight away.
