We visited the clinic on a Saturday, and the doctor was about to leave. Despite this inconvenience, Dr Satish stayed to see us and made sure we got the necessary medications and vaccinations for our upcoming trip. His dedication was truly appreciated.

The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, providing us with valuable advice and recommendations for additional items like sprays and antibiotics to take on our overseas journey.

The reception staff, especially Sri, the manager was also fantastic, making the entire process smooth and efficient.

Thanks to their expertise and care, we feel much better prepared for our trip. Highly recommend this clinic for its professionalism and exceptional service!

This medical practice needs to be clear and transparent in communication with patients regarding fees. I booked an appointment over the phone for a Saturday two days beforehand and was advised the cost would be $102 (less a Medicare rebate), which is just slightly more than the $98 weekday fee. There was no issue with wait time; I saw the GP about 10 min after my scheduled appointment time. I was then charged $190 for the consult (with a Medicare rebate of $82.90), plus the cost of travel vaccines I had. I advised the practice manager that the person I spoke to on the phone days prior told me the cost would be $102. When I queried the consult charge further with information on the medical centre's website, she appeared defensive and just wanted to pass the buck to the GP. For a 20 min consult, I think anyone would find $190 to be exorbitant, even on the weekend, for a straightforward travel vaccine issue. Very poor communication and patient service!

I had a wonderful experience with CBD Medical Centre as they make it such an easy and welcoming process. The Practice Manager Shree went above and beyond to help everyone and honestly is full of empathy and care. She was so helpful to me and kind. Dr Satish is highly recommended as well for his care and knowledge - I was met with compassion. Thank you for a great experience.

I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience at CBD 7 Day GP Medical Centre. My appointment was scheduled for 12:20, yet by 1:10, I was still waiting with at least four other patients in the queue. The clinic appeared completely disorganised and unprofessional in managing appointments.

While waiting, I stepped outside to take a phone call, and the receptionist—who claimed to be the manager—approached me in an extremely aggressive manner. She shouted in my face and behaved abusively, allegedly because I was talking on the phone. Her behaviour was unprofessional, threatening, and completely unacceptable.

Such abusive and hostile conduct has no place in a healthcare setting. This level of mistreatment and disorganisation poses a risk to patient safety. I am taking this matter seriously and have already informed my lawyer, who will be contacting the clinic regarding this incident.

I strongly urge management to review this individual’s position at the clinic, as her behaviour reflects poorly on the organisation and jeopardises the trust and well-being of clients.

I would never see the doctors offices. I have a broken hand you know not something you put on are Ambos. I not dieing need help. At 12pm it middle of the day. Told they where done for the day not help at all... Hmmmm I am Aussie I guess I was not welcome to here. Thanks for the help as little as you did give me.

Be very careful. I got scammed there. I needed a certificate of illness, not even an examination (as I had already been examined there but didn't ask for a certificate earlier). They told me to come at 11am. At 11am they rescheduled me to 1pm and told me I would be charged approx $100. I got to see the doctor around 1.50pm and was charged approx. $200, not $100, for a 5-minute appointment. When I complained, they changed it to $150 and promised my insurance would cover about $100. That was another lie. My insurance only covered $55 and I ended up paying almost $100 out of my own pocket.

Don't trust these scammers and don't believe the lies they tell in response to the complaints made on here.

I had a horrible receptionist as she lied about the doctor when I asked if the doctor could help me with the referral letter she muted me, came again and told me Dr couldn't give you referral but later I requested to talk to Dr and this time she mentioned that the doctor had already retired after keeping me in hold again. I am disappointed that they have lied to me about the situation. You need to be truthful about Dr rather than telling a lie.
