It’s so hard to get in touch with them- never return calls at front desk or from medication management personnel.
I continuously receive texts that I have an outstanding balance that has been previously paid and I have to keep fighting them about it.
For a couple of months now they’ve only had one person available for medication management and scheduling system is an absolute mess- very frustrating working with them.

I honestly thought it was a bunch of Karens writing reviews until I called the place myself to try and get an appointment after not going for a few years. I don’t know who I spoke to, but the lady was a nightmare. I’ve never experienced such condescension for simply asking a few questions. Such a shame that one of the few local mental health clinics would have such staff that we have to battle through in order to get the care we need.

One of the office workers thought it was a good idea to take my phone number out of file and start texting me from their personal phone number, yea they have mishandled my information. I wonder if any more of my information has been compromised there, and they treated me poorly for trying to be responsible and get an emergency prescription, I have been off my meds unintentionally. Now I lost my supervised visitation cause it's a requirement by court to be medicated in order to see my children. Now I'm staying off meds cause I lost my appetite from it, but now I'm eating good again. This place is extremely unprofessional. Receptionist laughs at me. Stay away from this joke of a clinic

my doctor is absolutely awesome. however ALL of the front desk staff is a nightmare to speak with. unfortunately i speak to P the most and she is the worst of them. they start arguments with me, get nasty with me and belittle me. that is not the way to talk or treat ANYONE. so i give my doctor all 5 stars but the front end id give half a star if i could

The sudden change of the director who btw is NOT a doctor telling the patients which meds they can or can not seize from (none of which she knows about or has experienced) and the receptionist who is extremely nasty and rude should NOT be working for a mental health facility! As soon as any caller questions her she immediately says "this is a problem patient, send it to the director" who also does nothing because again she is not a licensed doctor nor does she have any information about any of the medications that are prescribed in the office.

Pat Volpe and Frank Dooley are amazing providers I couldn't be happier. However I just had a conversation with a woman named Pat in their front office and her service was less than ideal. She began the conversation by passing judgement regarding how long it took me to call to get an appointment regarding my medication. From there she asked me for my birthdate 3 times within the span of a minute to confirm my appointments. The entire time being short and clearly aggravated. I asked to speak to the office manager and she forwarded me to another line that looped back to the automated service. I asked her again to forward me to her office manager and this time it directly went back to the automated service. Her attitude was not appropriate for a mental health clinic.

Except for my ♂️ N.P. who's been very kind and professional, this place is an absolute nightmare. I can't speak for everyone there, but the main 2 ladies at the reception desk, P & A, should be fired. Rude, impatient, RUDE, insulting, rude, rude and downright rude. Ive been hungup on, no call back, meds left in limbo, so many times, PLUS my primary Drs office called because they wouldn't answer my calls and "A" was rude to even her! THEY def need some "happy" medication. If you don't like your job dealing with the public in need of healthcare, then quit. I'd terminate their lazy butts. On my next visit there, I'll be recording them with a hidden cam. Seriously, look at these reviews .1½ out of 5 stars? That's totally inexcusable.
What a disgrace. Neither Catholic or a charity. Wow.

Completely lack of emphaty. Specially a female person at the front desk treated me without any respect. She never contacted me with her supervisor, she hang the phone telling me that she is doing her job. Actually, this place is not doing thier job, they mass with my medication and appointments. Looks like mental health patients don't deserve any respect in this place
This is not the first time that they were rude, but now
they crossed the line in a horrible way. I ended crying and feeling so sorry for other people that maybe can't take the aggravation without having more stress thanthiy can handle. They are a mental health providers!!, the staff should be receive appropite training to interact with patients.
