I cannot recommend these guys enough.
I started personal training with them over 5 years ago and stopped shortly after due to changing life circumstances, but always wanted to come back. I finally had the chance to return at the beginning of this year and even with 5 years in between they remain to be an amazing PT business. I look forward to my training with Andrea and love her encouraging style and feel she is genuinely committed to my progress. Their Blacktown studio is easy for me to access and they have a wide range of equipment - I also appreciate the opportunity to use their facilities to get ready for work after the session. I feel so much stronger and able to take on other new physical challenges because of them. Thanks Andrea and Jeff!

I started training for a marathon and 1 week out I developed IT band pain in my knee from training. Walking down steps was even painful.
I found Jeff online and booked a half hour session which he spent working on my hips and legs. I left that session with no knee pain and 6 days later ran my first marathon.
I have no doubt that if I didn’t see Jeff I would have either pulled out or not finished the run.
I now visit him regularly to iron out niggles and pain from exercise. Would recommend!

My brother has fragile x and autism so it can be difficult for him to be comfortable with new people as well as being touched.

He has been a patient of Jeff’s for the past couple of months and I cannot speak highly enough of Jeff - he has a lot of passion and dedication, is patient and flexible and always goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend Jeff if you are in the Blacktown area.
