Booked an appointment for 4:30 . Came in at 4:15 and I haven’t been seen yet it’s 5:30. Mind you they close at 5pm and I’m still sitting here waiting .If you don’t have the capacity to book clients don’t book them

Simply accepting as much clients as you can is ridiculous. Don’t try to squeeze clients in if you know you can’t handle the intake

Waited an hour more and scheduled appointment was still nowhere in sight....Looking at reviews, they are true and looking at response which was same as shared by the receptionist there is that waiting time is worse in other clinics. No, its simply not true, or is a valid excuse? any other place I have waited is usually 10-15 minutes in working days. Our time is important too as is for the GPs. Other GP practices in area have better google reviews and that is for a reason. No going back.

Sharia law serves first clinic..
Me and my daughter were booked in to see Dr, Habib, we arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time.
So there were 2 patients in front of us, we were waiting patiently while the Hot doc app shows we are 3rd place in the queue.

After those 2 patients out, it should be our turn. Then the doctor call a man instead of us. The patient has same religious.

So we will have to wait another 10 minutes total waiting were 50 minutes (it’s normal in Australia)
But we wouldn’t have to wait the extra 10 minutes…

What’s more ridiculous is once the patient come out another lady just pop into the clinic and saw the doctor‘a door left open so she went in and sat down start to talk to the doctor.

I was confused so I knocked the door and ask if it’s our turn as the app shows we have attached but we haven’t.

The lady stood up and saying I’m not taking your spot I’m just talking to the doctor.
She thinks of herself but not considering others.

I went to the wrong religious clinic.

Just moved in recently to the suburb. Recommend this Medical Centre & Dr Sahida for kids 💯 Always friendly and kind esp towards kids. Have been seeing her for two years now as a family. Overall, from front desk to being viewed by a doctor, smooth running. Makes it easier if you book your appointment beforehand rather then turning up on the spot. Less hassle for you and less time waiting.

Dr Habib Hassan is very professional, very calm and very thorough. He listens and does all the required checks. I could go on to say he is also very compassionate. Thank you doctor for taking such a great care of my 7 week old

First time patient at Casula central medical centre.
Disappointing experience.
Appointment was for 10:45.
Arrived at 10:40, receptionist wasn’t very friendly and had trouble finding the booking.
Got in to see doctor Huda at 11:50 who quickly wrote a few scripts and sent me on my way without asking many questions or much explanation.

The nurse was very nice and professional . She realised the front desk did not update my home address and she changed it. She then took my blood pressure before processing to inject me with the flu injection . It was very gentle … thank you nurse

Been here about 4-5 times, not once have I received politeness from receptionists, very dry! Just saying, a simple smile or showing politeness could brighten up a persons whole day while they’ve been sick or going through health issues!
