Very disappointing. I’ve been a client for over 10 years, single mother with 3 girls. Never have I been charged, always bulk billed, health care card, Medicare etc.My 18 year old visited today to discuss a serious/ concerning matter. We left the office to discuss outside what had been addressed by the doctor. We were then confronted by a very hostile receptionist who demanded we pay for the consult. I explained we’ve never paid on a concession, my daughter is a student, still covered on my Medicare etc. She then proceeded to belittle us, threaten she will need to speak to the doctor , made us wait, came back with no answer and we already distressed re the consult. Have never experienced this before , attending this clinic. Very disappointed.

Great GP centre. Dr Matthew is very thorough and empathetic and always follows up on results and check ups. He is very knowledgeable about helping and offers a variety of solutions for every problem including mental health. Also Angie is a great receptionist and can be counted on to help get an appointment. She is very friendly and remembers your name. Thanks for supporting me Casuarina Health and Medical.

We were fitted in today, last minute for my 6 year old. Never experienced such a positive time at a medical centre. From the first phone call, walking in and being greeted by the receptionistc, the nurse and the doctor. All absolutely incredible. Thank you so much

High recommend Dr Jacques du Toit. As a 1st time mum I really notice how different doctors are with small kids – and he’s the best manner I’ve seen with my 5 years old. Keep up the good work!

Thankyou to the lovely receptionist who fitted me in at very short notice today. Dr Black was fantastic and listened to my concerns and recommended the appropriate treatment which has left me pain free and able to enjoy the rest of my holiday. I’m very grateful & highly recommend this practice.

If you suspect anything serious, do not go to this practice. I came here a year ago with quite obvious health issues. They did some tests and told me they were all clear, there was nothing they could do for me. They told me that my health issues were all in my head. Since then my health declined and I have just found out I was living in a house with toxic mould. It is a long and expensive recovery that could have been avoided with better help.
