from not being able to walk to six spinal decompression treatments I can say that this actually works going through the pain that I had in my leg going to go have a needle put in my back. I have cancelled the needle in my back and have got 2% pinching on my side of my leg from having 200% pinching on the side of my leg. If I can tell anybody I would try this before you go get a poisonous needle put in your back because this is actually a lifesaver.

Jane and the team, Nigel and Rach, have been amazing. I didn't know what to expect not having visited a chiro in the past but I was somewhat desperate. To come away after spending time using the decompression table for chronic back pain, and to no longer be taking pain medication on a daily basis, to be able to do day to day activities more freely was a blessing. I have spent many visits to pain therapy Drs and specialists to no avail. Jane and Nigel are very patient focused, listening too and working with you through the journey, which has just begun mind you, but it's one I would highly recommend. Thanks guys. 😊

I have been suffering from a compressed spine and sciatic nerve pain for sometime. I have had Steroid Injections which gave me no relief and doctors had said surgery would probably be my only option. I started Decompression treatment at Casuarina Chiropractic and now after being under their care, I am 90% pain-pain free and able to do everyday chores again. I am still recovering and confident that I will be back to normal very soon.

A caring environment run by an amazing group of ladies who are passionate about health and well being. Jane has always provided genuine and realistic goals in my care plan. Ever since I started using the spinal depression bench, I have had no back pain. The bench stretches your spine to ensure your disc’s are moved to the correct position. I had real close lower back and middle back disc positioning from an accident, which has giving me greave the past 20 years. Highly recommend this services.

I receive both chiropractic adjustments along with spinal decompression. I love that my treatments have been tailored to suit my personal circumstances with a plan to increase or decrease the treatments depending on my personal response. It's not a one size fits all approach, which I love!!
I started to see/feel the positive results almost immediately. My range of movement has improved quite significantly as has the pain I was living with. I have also felt a positive response in regards to headaches and migraines. I have experienced only one flare up but was pleased that it didn't result in a four day migraine. Needless to say, the combined treatment has greatly benefited my day to day life, I couldn't be happier with the results and overall service and experience.
I highly recommend the spinal decompression paired with chiropractic adjustments. The combination of both is unparalleled and the results speak for themselves.
