I had a wonderful experience at Castlereagh imagining and a big part of that was thanks to Lovida and Yessica. They helped me with my son and daughter’s scan appointments. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. From the moment I walked in, they made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. They patiently answered my questions and ensured everything was in order for my appointment. Their friendly and compassionate attitude truly made a difference. I highly recommend this clinic, and I appreciate the excellent service provided by both 🙂

had my best MRI here, service attitude is awesome, not only receptionist but also doctors or anyone help me with settle down. The environment is clean and nice. They gently gave me blanket for keeping me warm, and earplugs for avoiding the noise. Very friendly and nice!!! Make my day

Dissapointing that after dozens of wonderful experiences with EOS scans our recent MRI means we will not return to this facility for another. Took time off work for a specialist appointment only to be told that Castlereagh had a "system issue" and the results can't be accessed, nor were they sent to the specialist. It's been over 2 weeks since the MRI was done. Took the afternoon off work for this appointment only to have it cancelled due to Castlereagh not doing their part. Won't return for another MRI.

Went in for a Bone scan on the 5th of May arrive early the technician came out and we went into the scanning room, she asked how much I weighed I told her she said wait a minute I need to check. About 4 minutes later she came back and said sorry the machine is too small. As I was leaving her and other colleagues started to laugh at me about my weight. I approached the front counter asking to speak with the manager spoke with Mark and told him what happened. Suggested penrith on my way home I rang the new PPR office near blacktown hospital spike with the staff and said they could do it with out a problem. And it was the same machine as Castlereagh imaging at westmead git the scan d9ne with out any issues stay away from Castlereagh imaging they just want to body shame client's

Below standard customer service. We rang at 7.55am saying we are running late. The woman on the phone said it was okay. Do the staff look at the time before saying it’s ok!
Then when you reach there they refuse to get you in for the appointment as you are 10mins late, EVEN THOUGH WE RANG AND INFORMED THEM AND THEY SAID IT WAS OKAY.
They expect patients to wait 5 hours for the next appointment. Even though we followed the process of informing we were running behind due to rainy weather and traffic.

No empathy or compassion from any of the six customer service women at the front desk sitting and gossiping. They treated us like a business appointment. No understanding that patients travel from afar due to health concerns. They don’t travel to imaging centres for a picnic!

The owner of this business should actually ask them if they know how to read time and understand that patients DO run late. They punish patients by asking them to wait extra 5 hours for the next appointment.

Called ahead to confirm hours before driving in. The friendly lady on the phone told me they are open 8-6 Monday to Friday and no need for an appointment. However when I arrived at 5pm I was told they close at 5pm and they are open on Saturday mornings?! Please train your staff - this shouldn’t be that difficult.

My experience at Westmead was excellent. All the staff I dealt with were very polite, informative and efficient. My doctor was sent my report within 2 business days and all scans, along with the report, are available online for future reference and sharing. Great service.

If I could give this facility a zero-star rating, I would. My experience here was highly disappointing for several reasons:

1. Poor customer service: The staff displayed unprofessional behavior, lacked proper training, and seemed unaware of basic customer service principles. Their attitude came across as rude and entitled, making the overall experience unpleasant.

2. Lack of transparency with billing: The facility attempted to charge me $200 for a CBCT scan that my dentist explicitly stated was covered and free of charge. After questioning the charge and returning later, a different staff member confirmed it was indeed free. This inconsistency highlights inadequate training and raises concerns about potential overcharging practices.

3. Failure to follow instructions: My dentist requested a physical copy of my scan, and I confirmed this requirement twice with the staff during my appointment. Despite my efforts, I was only provided a CD. This oversight caused unnecessary frustration, as I relied on the staff to fulfill the request accurately.

Overall, my experience with this facility was highly unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. I would not recommend it to others seeking imaging services.
