Never had a problem booking with the App until today. It asked the reason for my visit, , so I say I needed a care plan. Got a msg confirming the time and doctor but waited 35 minutes watching people come & go. Apparently it had booked me in to see a nurse, even though no one told me on arrival.
So next time I book, it’s just going to be a short or long appointment… no details!

Based on my experience, running a medical center with bulk billing can sometimes give the impression of being rushed during consultations with doctors and not always receiving precise answers to desired questions. There have been GPs at such medical centers who make you feel like you're just another patient seeking a prescription without much personal attention. However, at this particular medical center, the doctors (I met three of them) show genuine interest in the patients, explain things patiently and thoroughly, and even provide additional explanations over the phone when necessary. The receptionists, on the other hand, consist of both very friendly and quite unfriendly individuals, so it's a hit or miss with whom you'll interact. Nevertheless, since the GP is the most important person, regardless of the receptionists' attitude, I highly recommend it.

Dr Ali was very kind and respectful. Had a very positive experience. He was extremely informative and explained everything clearly. This clinic is only losing a star due to the reception lady who blatantly ignored me when I arrived and when I went to pay after my consult. If you’re busy it only takes a second just to look up and say please wait one moment. I just stood there like an idiot while she continued to do what she was doing. Once she was finally ready to serve me she wasn’t very friendly. I didn’t even get eye contact. I understand she could have been busy or having a bad day but patients shouldn’t be made to feel unwelcome.

Dr Sowmya Sreeharan is extremely through and leaves no stone unturned to get to the bottom of any illness. Dr Sreeharan follows up with everything. You never feel rushed and she takes the time to make sure as a patient you understand what is happening. I could not ask for a more understanding and caring Doctor. She never makes you feel anxious when delivering results and has a genuine calm and caring nature. I would recommend Dr Sowmya Sreeharan to everyone. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

The staff at the reception are very helpful and kind. The doctors are very good and knowledgeable. I recently did some tests and when the results were out they messaged me to come and see the doctor again. Very happy with the service. The only bad thing is parking as you have to use Castle Mall car park which is always full.
