As a practice manager myself , I have been attending this clinic for years and have not once encountered any problems or issues with front desk or any of the doctors. Dr Azizi has been looking after me and my children for numerous years and has always treated me with utmost professionalism & care. They are very accommodating & have always sqeezed me and my kids in for emergencies too even when they have been fully booked. I have no complaints whatsoever. I still attend this clinic even though I don't live locally anymore too. When you find a good doctor you stick to them!

I am basing my review solely on the receptionists and doctor daming chi, I’ve been seeing doctor chi for the past 5-6 years, he has always been amazing at addressing my concerns & helping me keep on top of my health, the most supportive doctor I have ever had, my children adore him too. The receptionists have always been really great, managing to book me or my children in at last minute, the nurse there is extremely lovely , she’s so sweet.
However doctor azizi- as many other reviews here state, she is shocking, very rude, disrespectful, after a incident where she unexpectedly done a very inappropriate act on me, I won’t even have my children see her. It’s unbelievable that she can still work there.. This was reported with ahpra. & I still see a private councillor because of what she had done to me.
Excluding my experience with doctor azizi, and solely basing my review on doctor daming chi and the other staff, I do recommend a visit here if you are looking for a long term family doctor. If a male doesn’t work for you doctor jasmine yeh is quite pleasant as well.

Go at your own risk!
I have been to the same practitioner twice both times a very strange experience. The first time I went she made a shocking comment telling me that “girls in Australia don’t get pimples” and why I have it. The second time I went to address a constant headache I have been having for month to which she told me “ its okay you can live with it for the rest of your life”. She makes these outrageous comments instead of providing treatment.

Always have had had excellent service here!
The receptionists are very welcoming & accomodating over the phone and in person. My doctor in particular has really taken the time to thoroughly consult me & listen to my concerns and needs. Very glad to finally have a clinic after many bad experiences that I feel comfortable at and feel respected & heard by a male doctor.

I am honestly really happy with this practice, I've been coming here for the last 5 years and have never had a bad experience with anyone at the clinic. Everyone is friendly, kind & welcoming.
The receptionist Hayam, is so lovely & a perfect fit for the job as she also is very caring and sympathetic.
I appreciate everyone at this clinic, myself, my 2 young daughters & my husband will continue coming here 🙂

Casey gate is a nice clinic but,

I have had nothing but problems here. I have called the doctor in regards to my sickness and paid the fees for him to practically say yes you are sick and and offered me no help what so ever. Would not recommend dr Calvin wu to treat any of your symptoms and he will go the opposite direction of what you require.

The worst possible experience if you are feeling sick or you want to get medical advice because of health issues-I am compelled to write this review after at least three experiences with this practice. I had a Tele Health Appointment with The doctor and waited for 25 Minutes but never received a call, once I followed up with reception the receptionist was very rude.
Initially, she declined that I had an appointment then later once I insisted that I can share email confirmation of the appointment she agreed that I had an appointment with them, but highlighted that she cannot do much as Dr is running late (this is not the first time I was given this answer).On my request to check how much time Dr would need more to call me as I am working as well she rudely said that she cannot do much , saying Tele-health appointment can get late as late as 1 hour and she cannot even check with Doctor. I then asked her to put me through to her manager as I wanted to raise this with her ,she put me on hold and in couple of minutes came back only to say that her manger cannot speak with me because she is busy in meeting.
I am adding that the manger never called back even after 24 hours
I will do my best to find another Practice and will never recommend them to my acquaintances
