My mother has been in Casey Aged Care for twelve months. She was diagnosed with dementia and unfortunately has deteriorated. The care she receives from the team at Casey is wonderful.
They are so compassionate and caring. Mum can be a handful at times but they show great understanding and are able to settle her. Mum always comments on the great quality of food.
Her actual physical health and mobility has improved since being at Casey.
It’s reassuring to know she is so well looked after. A big thank you to everyone!

Both my parents have spent time at Casey Aged Care. My dad only spent a short amount of time there but my mum was there for more than 3 years.
I honestly could not speak any higher of this place. From admin, to reception, to the nursing staff, to the lifestyle team, to the laundry staff and Nick the maintenance guru, these guys are all a super special breed of people. Their attention to the needs of my parents and to the expectations we had as a family were honestly outstanding. Nothing was too much for them. They went over and above. Their level of care and compassion was next level. They truly not only became like family for my mum, they were also an incredible support and comfort to me personally. I will sincerely miss this place, the amazing staff and the gorgeous residents. They will always hold a special place in my heart.

Thank you the team at Casey Aged Care. They have been amazing since the first day Ivan and Maureen arrived and their care during Ivan’s last days was very respectful and caring. They assisted us in arranging extra help and transport for Maureen to attend Ivan’s funeral.

Everyone at Casey Aged Care is very friendly and helpful and we have the peace of mind that Maureen is getting the best care.

They keep us updated and do not hesitate to call us with any concerns.

My father Leslie was a resident for the past 2 and a half years. They were happy years for him. He was treated with love, kindness and respect and the care was exceptional. We can never thank the management and team enough for what they did for Dad and the family. Thankyou.

Unfortunately my husband was only able to spend 2 weeks at this magnificent aged care facility. From the moment we walked in the front door and he was wheeled in on a stretcher, there was love, care, concern and support for not only for him, but also for myself and my family. When he passed away on Sunday 19 March 2023 once again all staff showed how much they cared in every way. The Dementia wing - staff and overall setup is extremely well thought out and safe for all residents. We will never forget their kindness and would thoroughly recommend Casey Aged Care to any of our friends. Thank you everyone and we love you all. (Helen Simester and family)
