Don't bother coming here. Made a booking for 11:20 and got there 10 minutes before. Was told they are running behind and 3 patients in front of me, will take 40-45 minutes. Went outside to wait and came back 30 minutes later and again was told there are 3 patients still ahead of me? How does that make sense, does that mean the doctor was still seeing the same patient for over 30 minutes or did they push walk in patients in front Don't waste your time and go somewhere else if you are looking for a local GP. Seems like other reviews are the same and they don't care much for feedbacks.

Do NOT go to this doctor. They are always running late. My appointment was at 11.45am today and I was called in to see Dr. Soni at 2pm. No excuses for this. It’s been happening for years and they do not take on feedback to make changes. If you want to waste a whole day, go to this practice.

We have been going here for the better part of 18 years now and have not had a single issue. The staff know us and have developed a strong relationship. Dr. Soni has been our family doctor for almost all this time and we know we’ll be taken care of whenever we are there. Great work, keep it up team 🙂

Worst doctors ive ever been to. So unorganized and rude. The Male doctor doesn't have the professionalism to do a simple pap smear and the female doctor wouldn't even take the time to read a patient history. Absolutely disgusting. I have filed a formal complaint.
Do not go here if you have s complex history or need serious medical treatment,clearly all these doctors can do is write a script. I saw Doctor Soni the first time and Doctor Hattotuwa yesterday. I was told the practiceanager would call me back yesterday to talk about my complaint but that hasnt happened.

Dr Soni has been our family doctor for over 20 years now. The reception/other doctors are also very professional. You won't get the personal service offered here anywhere else. Even when very busy, reception call you to let you know, so that you avoid coming to wait until you're next to be seen.

Dr Thushanthi Wijeratne I have seen a few times now and the experience is always the same. She gives you the bare minimum to check you over and is not helpful or professional, just wants to get you out of there. Looking your patients up and down, having your arms crossed before you enter and the unprofessional comments that you make, makes you always feel welcome...

Doesn’t look over the patient history at all, we are trying to conceive at the moment and she has prescribed me a medication that isn’t recommended for pregnant or likely to be pregnant women.

Dr Soni has been our GP for 20+ years since we moved into the area. We highly recommend Dr Soni, he takes his time to speak with you and diagnose, very friendly, approachable and with a sense of humor.
