Baby and I saw Dr. Omar today for his 4 week check up. Was very happy with our visit. Dr Omar was attentive, answered all out questions without feeling rushed which I really appreciated. Moved house so I'm delighted to have found a great Doctor in the area.

I had a good experience at this clinic today! With most clinics being fully booked, I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment on short notice. The best part was that the waiting time was minimal, which is a rare find these days. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the doctor was attentive and thorough. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality care with a quick turnaround.

i came in for my appointment a bit early today just to let them know i was there and that is was just for a script (because last time i came in for one i had to wait an hour over the time that i had booked my appointment for and Dr Salwa told me next time to let the receptionists know that it was only for a script) i went off and did some shopping then came back closer to my appointment time. as i was sitting there the receptionists were talking about me saying that its not first in first served any more, i clearly understand that but the wait time at this clinic is absolutely disgusting as are the manners of all of the staff.

I have previously attended this surgery prior to the refurbishment and ownership changeover - I managed a very busy medical practice myself so I can sympathise and forgive many things but if a receptionist advises there are 2 people in front of me - then I would expect 2 (maybe even at a stretch 3) being seen before me but 2 people turning into 7 is just disrespectful - I was with the doctor at the most 3 minutes (I’m not saying anyone was rude to me - because they weren’t) but to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for a 3 minute consult (the receptionist apologised profusely but that sort of wait for a gp is inexcusable) who dropped the ball - all I know is 2 people in front turning into 7 means people who did not have an appointment were slotted in because they walked in immediately upon entering after waiting at the doctors door!!! Respect costs very little and it was very much lacking on this visit

As I only see female doctors I’ve urgently had to see Dr Salwa on a few occasions. Each time I have seen her, I regret my decision as to why I book with her to begin with. I would much prefer the male doctors over seeing Dr Salwa (who is the only female dr at the clinic). Dr salwa likes to give her unnecessary advice when not asked for, and also has a demeanour about her that makes you feel less. She’s abrupt and rude. Ladies, if you need a female doctor, I strongly advise to book elsewhere. Otherwise the male doctors at this clinic have been great
