Kingsley went above and beyond to treat me at 41 weeks of pregnancy to help move baby along so I could bring them into the world naturally. The treatment was relaxing, comfortable, calming and effective! Baby arrived two days after my second treatment without having to be induced.

I have experienced their massage, acupuncture and cupping sessions and all are extremely professional and done step by step with you involved so you know what they are doing and why.

I attended CARM therapies for 5 sessions of acupuncture with Kingsley. I had been experiencing headaches for many years and had tried a variety of things before coming to acupuncture. In the first session Kingsley was professional, explained everything thoroughly and made me feel immediately comfortable. After only the first few sessions my headaches had lessened in intensity and frequency. Now, about 6 weeks post my final session I haven't had a single headache and my quality of life is so much better as a result! Obviously, I cannot recommend highly enough!

My treatment at CARM therapies has been life changing. As a chronic headache suffer for many years I went to CARM out of desperation, I didn't actually think acupuncture was going to work (haha sorry Kingsley) however, after several treatments my headaches were non existant. After spending thousands and countless appointments in chiro and massage, I wasn't sure if acupuncture would generate the results I needed to fix my hip and my shoulder.

I had no idea what to expect but assumed acupuncture would be slightly uncomfortable, but Kingsley always talked through what he was doing and why and I've found the overall experience to be very positive.

After the very first appointment, I saw dramatic improvement. I've been four-five times now and my pain is almost all gone.

He has a great bedside manner, he's very well educated, funny, and personable.

I highly recommend Kingsley to anyone who feels anxiety as Kingsley provides a calm, safe space, and openly acknowledges and addresses anxiety as being a perfectly normal thing to experience.

I'm 23 and have been suffering from chronic migraines and shoulder pain for 6 years now, my mum recommended CARM and I have been seeing Kingsley Getting acupuncture for 2 years now, the results have been substantial. I was getting my migraines and shoulder pain consistently by the 2nd session I started to see results, and now I very rarely have my migraines and my shoulder pain is gone. I see Kinsley once a month to relax the muscles in my shoulder and neck but that's of my choice I highly recommend CARM for anyone struggling with chronic pain. The needles you don't feel at all.
