My rating is towards my doctor that I have been seeing for over 10yrs. Only always see the same doctor everytime I need to have a consultation. Consistency is always a plus for me and the relationship between doctor and patients. Centre is always nice and neat. Just ashamed that it is not bulk billed anymore as sometimes I have make sure I have or will have enough to pay for my visit and it's hard and not always easy.

I made an appointment online at Caringbah Medical Centre. Super efficient experience. Starting with great customer service from Narelle at the front desk. Always engaging and honest. Waited no more than 5 minutes where Dr Quader greets you with his warm smile. Has a real sense of duty of care. Highly recommended.

Everytime I attend the medical centre, I am always greeted by a lovely lady named Narelle. She always has a smile on her face and very helpful. She is 1 of 2 great receptionists there. There needs to be more female doctors there though. And if I've ever needed to go to the treatment room, have always had a nice nurse.

I have been coming here for a long time and find all the staff fantastic! The reception team and nurses pathologists are very helpful to always kind ! Narelle and Vivian are especially helpful and kind to people no matter how they are treated by the patients! Dr Quader is a very caring person and a great Dr always the same Dr Saunders is also a great doctor and he has been very good to me and helped me through some issues that I wouldn’t have otherwise been able to handle it. ! It’s a very busy place but always makes me feel like I am important and always have time for me! I have recommended several friend here and they have been happy they have recommended there family members too !

Staff are always so caring
Didn’t have to wait too long as a walk in but when I realised my daughter had a really high temp in the waiting room they took me straight to the nurse to be looked after while we waited for the dr.
Also very convenient that X-ray and pathology are in the same building.

I went there on Friday with an acute ear infection. The doctor told me if it persisted to come back, so I came back on the Monday. After struggling to find parking and waiting, I was told by the triage nurse I couldn’t be admitted because I was already seen them for the same issue. I asked if she could make an exception because of what the doctor had told me and she said no. I understand the policy, but the doctor shouldn’t have told me to come back and when I did go back I should’ve been allowed to go with exceptional circumstance. Left in a painful limbo. Overall the receptionist, nurses, and doctors were all professional and friendly,.

Always happy to travel a distance to come here. The Drs i see are always great and always take their time to hear my issues. The girls at the front are great, try and ask for Narelle, she's great.
