I recently visited Carina Medical and Specialist Centre for a routine health check-up, and I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The facility was clean, modern, and well-organized.

Very disappointed today.

I booked an appointment for my 8w old baby and they simply “forgot” we were there, half hour in I checked to see if we would see the doctor and was told yes. Then another half hour later nothing. I left advising I wasn’t going to wait another minute.

How do you not make a newborn baby a priority right after the check in to the clinic?

Little to no desire to fix the problem as well, I asked for the next available appointment the same week, not necessarily same doctor and was told “no availability”.

Don’t usually have any problems but if you have a baby you know time can be precious with feeding and sleeping schedules…

Hoping our next experience will be better, everyone deserves a second chance.

Starting from the very professional and efficient reception to Dr Rhys Dallimore and RN Sheridan I received the best care, removal of glass from my foot was handled so sensitively and swiftly. Today my husband attended the clinic for a dive medical. We talked with reception staff, a nurse, a medical student and a Doctor, and all were very friendly and welcoming, and also very knowledgeable. We would be happy to attend again, and recommend the clinic.

After my first consultation with Dr Juergen Landmann, it was apparent I was lucky enough to be seen by such a ‘fantastic’ doctor. I am so grateful for the help he gave me with a medical issue I was having. He went over and ‘way’ beyond helping me. He is a real class act. Thank you Dr Landmann.

Despite running late , they did apologise and let us know as soon as we arrived. The Dr. was very friendly , and also apologised. He was welcoming for my young teen, and made her feel comfortable while listening to her. He was thorough and addressed the issue while giving us a further referral in case it was needed.
