We have visited this care centre several times, and I would like to share some constructive feedback based on our experiences.

1. I have noticed that the receptionist, who is of South Asian descent, sometimes comes across as a bit unapproachable, both in person and over the phone. Her body language and facial expressions don't always convey warmth, and it may be beneficial for the overall experience if she could adopt a more welcoming demeanor.

2. Additionally, after our scans, we consistently request that the reports be sent to our doctor promptly. While the staff always assures us that the reports will be sent within 24 to 48 hours, we have encountered situations where the reports were not received until several days later, causing delays in our follow-up appointments.

On a positive note, I want to highlight that the ambience of the scan centre is pleasant, and the sonographer has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for considering this feedback!

Excellent service at CareScan. I had to take my newborn to a CT scan, and my bub was screaming murder. The radiologist got one of the ladies to take care of my bub with my permission and kept letting me know what she is doing all the time. The lady held her the whole time and when I was done, she was all calm and settled. Highly recommend this service.

I cannot truly describe in words my beautiful experience at CareScan Medical Imaging- Edmondson Park. The Medical receptionist Nicole is such an amazing young lady, not only she assist you with extreme care and professionalism but also listens to your concerns patiently. I wish the facility look after Nicole, as you seldom come across such motivated and loyal team member. This is my new Go to place for all my medical scans and X-rays needs because of amazing people like Nicole.

Hello, I don't really like to hurt a small business however I tried to find a feedback option on your website but couldn't find it and i don't want to email reception so my email doesn't get disregarded.

Story goes like this..
I got a referral to do an MRI for breast implants, and the main reason for this scan was to see the positioning of the implants.
I had an appointment with another well known imaging clinic.
I received a phone call from one of your staff asking me if I would like an appointment. (My medical clinic sends our referrals to your imaging clinic).
I went ahead and booked the appointment, made the payment in store and had my scan done.
At this stage i felt completely embarrassed having to call one too many times because i wasn't satisfied with the report, my symptoms didn't match the reports. First report I received wasn't happy, the second report was ammended and still didnt make much of a difference other than the sonographer adding dimensions of the implants. The last phone call i made I spoke to some rude receptionist but i don't recall her name then I asked to be transferred to the male I was communicating with most of the time and i asked "if the implant has flipped would the MRI show it" and he replied "YES".
The moral of my story is I ended up having a flipped implant which I had to manually flip myself and it's a shame because it wasn't picked up on the MRI scan when I was told it would be. That was the purpose of the visit. Don't call patients asking them for your service if you can't fulfil the purpose. It was a waste of not only my money but also my time.
I was relying on accurate results for a revision surgery as the surgeon relies on reports, unfortunately the results were inaccurate.
This review is to warn others as these things happen and it's not fair, research is important.
I hope you follow it up as this will hurt your business in the long run as well as the receptionists who take the calls. Business also runs by word of mouth.

If I could give carescan at Ed Square more stars I would.
I am now 36 week pregnant and I have had all my pregnancy scan through them.
To say that their level of professionalism is incredible is an understatement.
In a previous pregnancy I had a very very terrible experience with a male sonographer which caused me to be very nervous about have my scans done by another man.
All my scan with carescan (expect two) have been with males, and I have to say that I am so so impressed.
All the sonographers put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable. I have never felt rushed or unheard during any appointment. Everything during my scans was explained in great detail and all my questions were always answered.
Thank you so much carescan Ed Square. You have made this pregnancy an absolute pleasure.

Very modern centre and the service from the moment you walk in is amazing. Very friendly staff on reception. I had my scan done by Mark and he was a complete gentlemen, very polite and professional. Will definitely be referring Carescan.

From booking an appointment, dealing with receptionist and most of all to KARL who does my scan today. 10/10. Very professional and very respectful. I was very nervous but KARL knows really well on how to make me feel comfortable. He is so detailed and very professional. SALUTE TO YOU GUYS! Highly recommended.
