I can't give no star so I gave a one star as this organisation is constantly known for their bullying and scare tactics on people with disability. They are disgusting! Ringing disabled people and their informal support scaring them, telling them they will need to pay things back, that they can't use supports they choose and telling them not to talk to coordinators as they do not have the funds. It's appalling! No wonder they have been changed from LAC's (Local Area Coordinators) to NDIS Contacts. They can't do the job properly the first time and are over zealous, uneducated idiots. Your opinions do not matter! People with disability are allowed to have 'Choice and Control'. You are employed to support people with disability not make them feel scared. It's a sad day for people with disability when these idiots think they can tell you what to do. Shame on you Carers' Qld. Shame on your staff!
