Great service from case manager to the rostering staff and the quality carers are absolutely fantastic and so accommodating to any requests no matter how big or small ,I as a full-time minder for mum get an enormous amount of support from all the staff and again have been very lucky with the ladies that have been allocated to mums care both personal and domestic with continuity and regulatory care and service,I have been exposed to other service providers but by far have found carers best suited to our needs and always dealt with respect and courtesy at all times .

I have found Carer's Network to be an organisation that truly cares. In these troubled times of COVID they are always in regular contact with staff and clients to ensure they are okay and to ask if their PPE is adequate. It is nice to see that it is not all about the money. Well done Carer's Network

A little advice: demand a printed copy of their service agreement and have it checked by a solicitor. Don't sign a computer screen. You might regret it.
