Everytime I go there I get professional services and great customer relations. It's a hard task to get everyone happy but they try very well to do it. They do it with a smile and make you feel good, that help is on its way. In this time of upheaval and the uncertainty we can count on our local chemist.

Lubna and her team are super efficient. No matter how busy it gets, they always greet people with smile. The wait times are reasonable and the coffee shop across makes the wait worthwhile.
We need more such local pharmacies, which deal with people with care.

Went in today to get some medication recommended to me thats behind the counter, Was slow to be served, people behind me in line were served first, Instantly feeling disrespected by my age or profile.

Talked to a White Bigger semi balding male who was poorly presented for a “professional”, Shirt poorly tucked, dirty, and the buttons near bursting off, and i explained my situation to him.

Instantly was denied and told that addiction was an issue and why he was denying me, further in conversation, he even laughed at me and said “Im not profiling you”

My mother who is of caucasian origin attempted to get the same medication over the counter at another place, was instantly served, and was treated with respect.

Called back to hopefully get an explanation on the situation and how it was handled, Was denied the pharmacists name to leave this here review, and hung up on, denying also allowing me to speak with higher authority. Even requesting to not speak to the man as I was uncomfortable with how the interaction was handled on his end.

Unfortunately extremely disappointed by my service with this business, And will be following up to get in contact with someone higher up to hopefully put and end to this treatment which seems to be common for many people with similar experiences.

I visited this pharmacy to buy my prescribed medications, both of which were from the same family of medications and prescribed by my doctor. The female pharmacist, who wears glasses, refused to dispense both at the same time, stating that she could only provide the one prescribed later. She did not ask why I needed both or provide any explanation beyond this restriction. I took my prescriptions to a nearby pharmacy, where I was able to obtain both without any issue. Disappointed with the lack of customer service and unwillingness to assist.

This franchise is poorly operated. 8:30am is their advertised opening time, however despite turning up at this time (and waiting until 8:45am) twice last week and again today, the shutters were up and the inside was dark and they certainly were not open. I came to get my script in the evening at 5:40 (they advertise close at 6) and I was VERY lucky to get in as they had already closed the shutters and the girl let me through the side - they also seemed very annoyed that someone was coming in as they close. They had already shut down their tills, so getting a receipt was a hassle.

If you go to the effort of paying for external signs and advertise your opening hours online, then you should be open at these times! If not then change your operating hours.

Highly recommend the Florey pharmacy instead, they are always open as advertised and the staff are far more friendly.

The rudest pharmacy around. The male pharmacist made assumptions about me that I required a 20 - 30 min lecture and a written explanation of how to go about bringing scripts from one pharmacy to this one. On a few occasions the dark haired female pharmacist had called me names as I was leaving. I overheard the manager make a loud comment that I was rude to the male pharmacist re the verbal lecture and written notes. In fact, I've been a pleasant, albeit slightly anxious customer here for some time due to an air of toxicity. The core staff members don't care about their customer's at all, or have a shred of self respect and frankly, I will shop elsewhere.

I've been going here for over 10 years and the staff are always respectful and caring.
The pharmacists themselves are very people focused, and even though they do the job of 3 people they still usually find time to give you a friendly smile and good advice.
Unfortunately sometimes they have to deal with impatient, aggressive people but they do so with respect and capability, even though I'm sure it upsets them when they are just trying to help.
