AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I made the mistake of contacting them without reading the reviews first, and it was a disastrous decision. They tried to swindle us out of over $400 for services they never even provided! They began booking appointments without a signed service agreement. Now, they're having the audacity to send us an invoice for cancellation fees, despite us never having signed a contract with them. To make matters worse, their customer service is nonexistent. I've followed up twice about the bogus invoice, and each time I was promised a phone call that never came. Do not trust this company! They are unprofessional, dishonest, and only looking to take advantage of unsuspecting customers.

45 minute phone call and was charged 6 hours for reporting. I’ve been chasing this company up continuously for refunds but they haven’t given it. I’ve reported to NDID fraud because it’s so frustrating and dodgy. It was lucky I checked my son’s plan management reports.
