AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I made the mistake of contacting them without reading the reviews first, and it was a disastrous decision. They tried to swindle us out of over $400 for services they never even provided! They began booking appointments without a signed service agreement. Now, they're having the audacity to send us an invoice for cancellation fees, despite us never having signed a contract with them. To make matters worse, their customer service is nonexistent. I've followed up twice about the bogus invoice, and each time I was promised a phone call that never came. Do not trust this company! They are unprofessional, dishonest, and only looking to take advantage of unsuspecting customers.

Best to avoid at all costs.They will send you bills months after the consult that you have already paid for and say the extra costs are for reporting. The first you hear about all these unpaid bills is from a debt collector. They also billed for people we had never seen. Bogus scammers that I have reported to NDIA.

Avoid!!!!All about the money!!! Didn’t engage in your services and still tried to send me a bill. I refused to pay, u sent it to the debt collectors, instead of returning my calls/emails. FRAUD!!
To charge for a service, u need to actually provide one!!!No one returns your call.

Absolutely horrific! Do not bother wasting your child’s funding with this absolute SCAM of a company ! They do not disclose the pricing of anything! My daughter has had a 1 hour appointment with a psycho therapist who then left the following week and we have been given a bill for over $2000 !! My daughter has literally had a 1 hour session! How is that justified? Absolutely disgusting! They will take advantage of you and your child’s funding and you will still feel extremely unsupported! This should be criminal! Do yourself a favour RUN!!

SCAMMERS!!!Do not take your child to these people that are absolute scammers. I’ve been invoiced four times for bogus charges. That never even happened as soon as you mention that you have NDIS funding they go into motion of trying to create fake sessions. My son has only met and had one session yet I’m being billed $920 for nothing, they are not good. People be warned they don’t have your child or yourself in their best interest. It’s a money making scam.

So bad! I can even Rate them "O" parents and Carer's dont trust this company. Tried this to get a speech ohh dear every session you will get lots of invoices charges this suffer my son's funding every session cost me $400 plus the other so called strategy and will cost you an additional travel time when you were the last client in their list to travel on that day! I stopped with them and now still suffer with the balance that I dont know where it come from as I can't track it anymore! I highly recommend the AUTISM 360 Program they not gonna charge you heaps of this and coaches there are great!

I’ve been working with her for two years and my daughter had come from a child. That has no respect but does have learning problems with me working with my child yand Sharon I have been complimented a lot about how she’s changed now It was all worth while she’s fantastic in a job anice to talk to . I would recommend this lady . Her name is Sharon. delaney and you should ring up and book her if you have a chat you won’t be disappointed

Absolutely a scam of a company that's all about the $$. I wish I could give 0 stars as they deserve it.
My son was linked in with a OT & Counselling. He had 1 appointment for each provider with one on the 20/03/24 then OT on 3/4/2024 however they submitted multiple invoices for services they didn't provide & a report they did after a 45min telehealth. If they called me or sent an email to try & make an appointment they tried to invoice for that. If you care about your child's needs please avoid this pathetic provider. Thankfully I caught on right away & blocked all Invoices & have since filed a complaint with NDIS as they have screwed alot of clients over.
