I was able to get an appointment for a full skin check at 8:30am the day after I rang. They followed up immediately with various details in relation to my appointment. On arrival at the clinic I was greeted a very polite young lady and taken to the room within a few minutes. The doctor was very thorough polite and informative.

Dr Shiva Kabir, the skin care provider was very thorough in his examinations & his bedside manner impeccable. My wife and I always felt comfortable throughout our examinations.

Today was my first visit to Cardiff Medical Centre & Skin Cancer Centre, it aaa. She wash to find and seemed quite a busy centre. Staff were pleasant and my doctor was very thorough with his skin check.

Not sure why I have been asked to give a review. I was rung on the morning of my appointment and told my appointment would be moved to a telehealth. Then at the exact time of my appointment I was rung and told that I couldn't do a telehealth unless I wanted to receive no Medicare rebate. I now have the earliest appointment I could attend - three weeks away

I’ve been coming to this medical centre for over 15 yrs & I’ve lost a couple of outstanding doctors while a patient here. I do highly recommend Dr Charlotte Payne she is an excellent doctor with polite & caring nature. Unfortunately other doctors here I haven’t had such nice encounters with.

Incredibly professional with their impressive electronic screening device and technology. My doctor, Shiva was so gentle, informative and lovely as well. My last screening was at an interstate clinic, and it now seems to me very archaic in the methods they used.
