I wanted to commend one of your staff members Rachel, I had my blood test today and I was very anxious beforehand. She was absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job of keeping me relaxed and she thoroughly explained everything she was doing. Thank you Rachel for making a terrible experience actually not as terrible!

Nurse who did my blood test was friendly but this clinic was difficult to contact for bookings and had a very long wait time when unable to call to book in advance. Needs a better booking/phone system as 1 nurse doing blood tests and attending to phones clearly isn’t sufficient.

I received a referral from the GP upstairs, went straight down at 12:30 as they closed at 1:30 and sat there for half an hour with no word of anyone. Left and called with a view to making a booking - no answer so left message. Called again a few days later with no answer so went in about 10am and had to wait 45+ minutes to get a blood test
