Highly disorganised and unclear how one can be seen at this pathology centre. Only one person run off his feet on shift. No numbers for walk ins which are clearly needed as an old guy jumped the queue when other people had been waiting for about an hour longer than him. People coming and going with appointments (didn't even know you could make appointments) but walk ins waiting for hours. No air con. The heat in the waiting room was excessive particularly when you're waiting for so long.

The last 3 times my family and I have been here in the mornings it has been a very long wait. Might be helpful if 2 staff were available not just one person run off their feet

We are older persons with old phones and no camera access to sign in. Security officers could not have been more helpful. Thank you from both of us. Path staff also good. All up, a good and efficient service.

The staff there process their work extremely slow; I am waiting for an hour in very early morning. When I ask them to post invoice for me, they say they couldn't do it because we are oversea visitor. But I got twice post pathology invoice from two other Pathologies and haven't had any issues. Never got such a rude reply!

Showed up to get a COVID-19 test and I was the only person there. The test took only 2 minutes, which was good because I was worried about waiting in line for a while. Everyone was helpful.

Extremely unpleasant and grumpy lady who does the blood collection, also uncapable, as she could not find my vein (it never happened in my life, I have very thick veins, easy to find).
I have been there over 2 months ago, never again.

Visited on Sunday for COVID19 testing - all staff on duty very friendly, very helpful and testing took no time compared to working with QR code.
