This chemist definitely deserves a five star. I've been with this chemist for years and It's the best in Canberra! It provides the best customer service! Bill is absolutely amazing!! I can't believe how helpful and patient he was with all of my questions. He definitely eased my anxious towards the new medication. I loved that he explained everything in details and it made me feel so reassured and comfortable !! All of their staff goes above and beyond for you at this place!

5 star service at this Capital Chemist. Customer service is out of this world! From Bill, the pharmacist who helped me with my 50 thousand questions to Karen W (according to the receipt) who served me and all the staff in between! Including Jack who took my phone call and was the friendly voice that encouraged me to attend this pharmacy! You were all bubbly and happy, and it was an inviting and invigorating space to be in. Deserve 5 star for this Chemist with Mia and Jo. Probably the best chemist I have ever been into. Great attitude and assistance of Mia and Jo. So professional, very helpful, lovely and respectful people. My favourite chemist and will not go anywhere else except Capital Chemist in Bruce.

This is the best pharmacy in Canberra in my opinion - I’ve felt the genuine care and effort from the pharmacists consistently over many years - even through really difficult stages of the pandemic, they have just gone above and beyond every time. Their opening hours are great too. Can’t speak highly enough about them.
