I strongly advise all customers to carefully check their receipts after paying at this pharmacy, as they may add extra fees without informing you.

A few months ago, I visited to buy medicine, but my prescription had expired by just one day. The pharmacist mentioned a $10 admin fee, which I declined—I chose to get a new prescription instead. A few days later, I returned with a valid prescription and purchased the medicine without any issues.

However, today when I returned to buy more medicine, I noticed a $10 admin fee was added to my receipt without any explanation. When I questioned it, the pharmacist said it was because my prescription had been expired last time. I explained that I didn’t buy any medicine at that time, and I had a valid prescription for this visit. Although the pharmacist refunded the fee, I believe they should inform customers before applying any additional charges.

I will not be returning to this pharmacy. Not only do they impose hidden charges, but their prices are also higher than other shops. Please be careful and always check your receipts when shopping here.

I had just met the rudest pharmacist! I came in this shop this morning after a whole night of coughing and sneezing. I went to the counter asked for a medical certificate covering tomorrow for taking a sick day-off, I made it crystal clear, a medical certificate is all I wanted. This south Asian male in a white coat around age 40-50 interrupted while I was talking about my symptoms. He went ' let me show you medicines you need to take.' then he ran to the shelves. Thankfully, he did not carry a shopping basket, but still take 4 or 5 medicine bottles/pills. I then ask, what about a medical certificate(all I asked for). he said I can’t give you one for tomorrow only or yesterday, which confused me, when did I say yesterday, and why would I want a certificate only says for tomorrow? Clearly we were not on same page, by then, I wanted to walk out the store. He yet stopped me and demanded me showing some ID, and he said he could give me the medical certificate((generous he is). I said I only have my ID photos on my phone. ‘SHOW ME’, that’s exact wording used and how bossy he was. While I was sick, all I wanted is getting a certificate and call an end to this bad experience, I unlocked my phone and showed him. Without asking any permission or even saying a word, he took my phone away, hiding somewhere behind the counter, and starting taking some photos over my phone screen. I went completely speechless. He then came back and said what’s your address? yeah, I told him my address. He then went, 'NO,NO. WRITE IT DOWN.' After all this, you must excuse a sick man who had been through all these nonsenses, I then asked for my phone back and walked away. He seems the most senior person in the chemist, either store manager or the shop owner, not sure if the bossy way he talks to his staffs becomes a habit he talks to his customers. My comment to this place is simply, 'no, no. Don't go'.

We have been coming here for a number of years now and each time it is wonderful to be greeted personally and given great advice for the various ailments my family has had. Ryan and his team genuinely care about their customers. I’m always so grateful for their kindness and compassion.

Consistently bad service. A bruise om my arm that lasted a week after a flu vaccine. Being over charged .Being given the wrong drug entirely, and having the chemist forget who I was after attempting to pickup my prescription after 10 minutes. receiving drugs without my doctors lable on them... worst service i have ever experienced in a chemist.

The staff here are amazing, they go above and beyond to help out. I just moved from Sydney and I've never experienced such welcoming help from a chemist team before. Really appreciate as a mum with multiple medical conditions!
Highly recommend!
