Surprisingly unhelpful. I wanted to hire a lightweight wheelchair and was told that lightweight for one person was heavy to someone else. I explained it was for my Wife to load into the car boot. After some debate the assistant said she would check and phone back. To be fair she did and said all the wheelchairs were 22kg and heavy. I phoned another mobility place who immediately knew what a lightweight wheelchair was and we ordered it and picked up an amazing 12 kg chair which can be taken to pieces to make it even lighter. Sorry guys but please take this on board to have a stock of lightweight wheelchairs.

I was on holidays when a bolt on my commode snapped off; Cape Abilities were able to fix it within the hour, even assisting us to and from the car. Excellent customer service!

After less than two days of struggling with crutches I am so glad I decided to hire a knee walker. No pain in my ribs and shoulders, my bruised hips are coping better and my so called "good" leg is managing much better now it isn't being hopped on all the time!

Hired a wheelchair for two weeks initially, then added a further week which we'd pay when we returned it. The wheelchair started falling apart almost immediately, and fortunately my husband is handy enough that he could do the running repairs needed. We told the owner about the poor condition over the phone and again when we dropped it back and were unimpressed when we were charged the full amount for the third week. Thought they might have been a bit more reasonable and perhaps offered a small discount, but they just took notes on what we had repaired and charged for the full amount. Wouldn't recommend.

I want to say a very heartfelt thank you to Jo and Graham. My scooter broke down in Bunbury last Saturday morning. Joe came by to pick me and the scooter up and she took me home. The scooter was with them for nearly a week. The service was fantastic and I have my scooter back. Thank you both so very much.
