I took my baby to get her immunisation. However, Dr Ben did not bother to do a thorough check according to Blue Book. This is not first time.. One another occasion .. I went to see Dr Ben regarding my persistent cough... Dr Ben did not bother to do any checks.. only swab. I do not recommend this GP.

Dr Lora Zhang is the best doctor. She is very professional, kind, helpful, friendly, she really cares about her patients. Also the reception staff and nurses are always friendly. We highly recommend this medical centre and especially Dr Lora Zhang. Thank you very much.

I had the appointment with Dr Wu, went in and tried to tell him about my symptoms and everything but instead of talking to me nicely, he was rude and asked me to go back to my regular gp which I have moved to the new suburb, that’s why I need the gp near where I live. Not recommend this doctor. The receptionist was nice.

I like this clinic. Originally walked the 40 minutes each way to see my doctor but I started using the telehealth option when I'm lazy or need a script more quickly. Booking is very easy and the receptionists are nice and call you about any changes. The doctors are patient, they listen and explain and let you speak without rushing you out. It's a nice place.

I use to go here a lot the last few times haven’t been great waited a long time for my appointment people who walked in after me left before me, the last time I went they refused to give me medication, I had to book at another medical centre so I can get medication so I can feel better. I’ve never experienced something like this.

The staff are great, pathology was great. The Doctor I was seeing not so great. After three visits still had to ask what can i do for you? I was there for test results. They were read to me and then okay...bye...

I made an appointment online for my son to get a flu vaccine, it didn’t state that there was a fee for the vaccine, the receptionist just told me that I had to pay $15 which I don’t mind at all, but they should state that on the booking site, and as well the receptionist on the desk need to be more attentive to their patients/patient that are walking in to see them/centre, and I have an appointment but they let in other patients that have just just walked in before me, they don’t greet you when you walk in they just continue on what their doing without acknowledging the people/patients that enter the centre, no friendliness on their manner. And their toilets does not have any toilet paper at all and it was disgusting.

I've been seeing Dr Lora Zhang about a reoccuring condition. She is super friendly & thorough. Shows a genuine interest in helping you. Reception staff have always being friendly and nice every time I've come in as well! Great medical centre.
