Dr Ash Nattrass is the doctor's doctor.....a gentleman and a thorough practitioner. His manner is excellent. I always feel as though he has covered all bases with my health before I leave. The ladies at reception also are welcoming and friendly.

Being my first time at caneland medical center, from booking my appointment, the receptionist was so helpful and respectful when I spoke to her on the phone and Going there physically ,the experience was wonderful, the receptionists were nice and informative,the nurse was very kind and made me comfortable and the Dr was so cool. I wasn't sure how everything will go but it was prefect. Very kind ,warm and respectful staff. Highly recommended 👌

Dr Ram and the team at Caneland Medical are experienced, skilled and compassionate. Dr Ram takes the time to thoroughly explain diagnoses, and answers any questions with patience and clarity. Having gone to the practice prior to having children, and then with a young family, the team is well set up for all facets of health (travel, family, women's and men's health). Highly recommend.

I have needed to contact Caneland Medical Practice for various reasons on behalf of our son who moved to Mackay about 6 months ago. The staff are well deserved of a compliment as they are helpful, caring and knowledgeable. Today Cara helped me sort out a couple of things and she was delightful. Our son has presented with significant health issues, and he is very appreciative also with his GP Dr Nattrass. Thank you. 😊

A massive thank you to Caneland Medical, my regular doctor was closed for Christmas break and they were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment for a severe ear infection, after almost 4 days of really bad pain, I finally have some relief, fast service, friendly, caring doctor that actually listens and fixes the issue.

Waited almost 35 minutes even when I had made an appointment in advance. I left as I thought this was very unprofessional and I wasn't notified on how long it was going to take before I can see the doctor. Doctors here seem to be inexperienced as this was the second time an incident occured. The first time I was told they were "unable" to get by medical records transferred over to this practice as there was a system error; this resulted in a miscommunication on my regular medication. For the amount a consultation costs here I'm better off going to another practice that may cost a little bit more but at least I won't be waiting for a long time and will get medically treated appropriately.

Can not rate Dr Ash high enough. Out of every GP, dentist, specialist I have ever seen in my 34 years, he is #1. He’s genuine, listens, a walking book of knowledge and is so compassionate.

An extremely professional, well staffed practice. Appointments are always on time and everyone is friendly and helpful. Doctor Andy is always cheerful and very knowledgeable. And Doctor Ash is just as professional and well informed. I would highly recommend this business.
