We found Dr. Suran Rajapakse very knowledgeable and caring. He was honest that my son wasn't suitable for his technique advising that he needed the procedure to be done under general anaesthetic. I work in the health industry and know that Drs make their money on procedures. It was worth while getting a consult from him and a recommendation for a paediatric surgeon. Definately don't recommend him!
Didn't do the proper job on my little one, went back to him multiple times and he keep saying as child grows he will be fine but it's the opposite, child is now 3 and needed to another doctor, this doctor was very rude and arrogant to even listen, yet charging over $550, then we went to another Doctor in Deakin who's re-done a proper cut on my poor baby who had go through this twice becoz of this arrogant Suoran! And I personally know may Parents who are not happier with his service.

Highly recommended! Dr Suran is detailed in his explanation of the procedure as well as aftercare for our son. He took the time to answer our questions and the follow up appointments have been great. At no time did it feel like we like an inconvenience to Dr Suran, in fact he welcomed the aftercare check up appts & was happy to receive our texts to ensure the recovery was progressing well.

This doctor is up himself. Very arrogant. When I asked him how many circumcision surgeries he had done for kids, he did not like the question as if I was doubting his ability.
At the reception, the receptionist said you are paying $400. When I asked what is the breakup of that she also did not like the question. I had the right to ask. Then when when I explained what the consultation was about she said $150! What is that?!
While we were waiting in the queue to pay their an old gentleman he also paid more money for staying longer than a standard consultation would be. Wasn’t better to mention that at the start or put a clear sign about what standard consultation is and what is not!
A complete rip-off, they are only after your money. This doctor even performs procedures on Sundays! This surgery is like a money machine to him and people are just numbers or to be accurate mere sheep! Zero customer service!
Bottom line DO NOT GO!

Excellent doctor, very caring and makes sure you are satisfied and not worried and understand everything before the procedure. Also he provides excellent after care service.

The nurse was also very lovely and very friendly. Great atmosphere.
