Beautiful reception and team, very accomodating to my needs. Empathetic and make effort to check in on how you are feeling throughout. Be aware they no longer bulk bill (at least for ultrasound). Thank you so kindly for your care.

Contacted only 10mins before I arrived for my 8.20am appointment only to be told the staff doing my scan rang in sick this morning so no scan. Not happy !

The CIG Central Booking staff take for ever to answer the phone.
There is no online booking facility.
Their business practices are terrible, come on people it’s 2025 not the 1950s.

Shannon the receptionist was an utter delight. The radiographers were great. The receptionist on the way out however tried to charge me. I did not pay because I was told this appointment was Medicare. Difficulty finding the place, even using google maps.
