Fantastic - I am a new patient and so far, my experience at this medical centre has been VERY positive. Reception staff have been warm and took their take when explaining paperwork. I sliced my finger wide open on Wednesday night! Freaked out because it wouldn’t stop bleeding. Took myself to the local Medical Centre because thankfully even at 7.45pm they were still open. The receptionist was super sympathetic & I was seen super quickly by an excellent and very good natured doctor Dr Islam. He put me right at ease and dressed my wound and it took less than 20mins.
The next day I followed up to make sure that the wound was healing okay and I got seen by two lovely professional experienced nurses Linda and Marian. A great experience overall in not my finest moment lol. A huge thank you & salute to the campsie staff & health care workers who work tirelessly in high stress situations.
Fyi Israel has bombed every hospital in Gaza such that there is not a single fully functioning hospital left. Solidarity with the Palestinians health care workers in Gaza who are being specifically targeted by Israel in order to cause chaos & most amount of death. Shame on the world for allowing this to happen.

I had an amazing experience at this medical centre. Dr. Noha was absolutely incredible — friendly, caring, and extremely helpful. She made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. The receptionist was also wonderful, very welcoming and efficient. Great medical centre. Lots of doctors and nurses. Professional courteous staff. Accessible. Plus a dentist's office!

I'm usually averse to visiting the doctor. My first time experience here was a positive one so I won't mind returning.

It could use more receptionists as it seems busy but overall, it ticks all the right boxes!

The service in terms of the reception needs a drastic overhaul. There have been several occasions where I have tried to call and I spend up to nearly one hour waiting to be answered. When I arrived this afternoon to see my Dr I was spoken to really abruptly by the receptionist behind the desk , I was asked to go upstairs where a kind and caring receptionist took care of me ( long brunette with the glasses) .
Both of these matters highlight the lack of compassion for patients. Please do better x

After my consultation, I was seen by a nurse who assisted me with my shoulder dislocation sling request. They were just as fantastic, kind, efficient, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to ensure I was comfortable and that everything was properly fitted, showing great care and expertise.

Overall, the entire team was absolutely amazing. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the professional and compassionate care from Dr. Sharma and the nurse, I felt genuinely looked after. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking top-quality healthcare
