Great staff and great doctor. Our whole family have been seeing them for years.
But PLEASE the management team, add two more staff at the reception on Sunday!! Extremely busy, it's impossible a one staff job.

Told the front lady i was here for a medical test. It was only me in the waiting room. I took a number 1 card and sat down. Eventually realised that i wasn't being seen for pathology even though i had a number. The receptionist didn't even bother explaining that they just take your pathology form and put it on a stack. I asked whats the point of the number system and she said oh we don't do that on weekends. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour no wonder she has terrible reviews.

Dr Liu Bing is the most dedicated, patient, open, friendly, professional and compassionate GP I have ever attended. He treats his patient as individuals and not just numbers to be rushed through in minimum consultation time. He is very knowledgeable and really cares about patients. He gives very detailed information and advice. All in all, both I and my husband have a good experience with seeing him. We highly recommend to anyone who needs a decent GP as he won’t just give you a random script then sending you away. He provides a caring and attentive service that ensures you want to keep going back to see him again.

Very bad service. Receptionist told me my medicare is not working and i have to pay from pocket $110 just to see a GP and there ia 1.5 hour wait.
I went to the medicare centre straight away to check on my card and they said its perfectly fine and there’s no problem with it.
So i went to some other medical centre to make sure if medicare card have a real issue or was it just an excuse, as i expected my medicare worked there plus the wait was 15 mins and only $66 charge.
Avoid this place

I've been coming here for 15+years, receptionists here are always, always, always rude. They have charged my Medicare 6 times for one consult. Fraudulent medical practice. They need to lose their license

Was a while back but came in Cause I was feeling unwell, my dad asked the receptionist for me to see his regular doctor. And told us to sit and wait. I was sitting there for almost 2 hours before we came back up to the receptionist and she told us he was booked for a while. I didn’t care which doctor to see. It was just ridiculous that she didn’t tell us this at the start and not even offer us to see someone else. I Had to ask her if we can see the next available doctor. Once that happened I saw someone within minutes. Turns out I got covid and was sitting with a fever in their waiting room for hours. Hated it and will not go back.

Roommate booked a telehealth due to his condition the reception do not recommended him visit the office in person, we booked the appointment around 845 in the morning, thinking we might be receive a call around noon, nothing happened. We called and checked around 3pm, the lady on the phone ensured us that the doctor will still give us a call after their opening hour. I’m writing this at 624 PM, and have yet to receive any response let alone a call from the doctor.

Duty of care is a joke for them, there are enough clinics around Campsie and no need to wait around and being treat inhumane.

Always a very long waiting time. After choosing any GP still got my turn after 45 mins that to had to walk up to the counter and had to ask, why other ppl going in who has come after me. Feels like racism here. Don’t have much of a choice in Campsie. All Asian Chinese looking, we need least one Aussie here. Never got a good feeling here.
