Just recently started going to see Dr Mirza and he's been lovely. He listens well, is understanding and caring.Dr Mirza is clearly well educated and experienced, he is also thorough and definitely a good doctor. The other staff ive had interactions with at reception and 4cyte pathology are very friendly and polite. I have had postive experiences and would recommend this medical centre.

I have been a patient of Dr Mirza for 18 years and have always found him very knowledgeable and to have the patient's wellbeing as a priority. Even though I have always lived at least 20km from his surgery I have no problems travelling that distance as the time taken is well worth the professional attention I know I will receive. Sometimes the wait time may be a little longer than you would like, but hey, the doctor is a GP treating all manner of ailments many of which may be unexpected and therefore taking a little longer, but he always places a patient's wellbeing is a priority.

i was referred to Dr Mirza by several people who spoke highly about him as a Medical professional. I have been a new patient for around 6 months and I couldnt be happier with the care I have been given. Dr Mirza is very knowledgeable with complex medical conditions and i have to say that the treatment i have been given has enabled me to obtain better health. I believe his staff are very caring and polite and I have never had a bad experience when attending. Due to my requiring visits on a weekly basis I am happy that I can always obtain a convenient appointment.

I and my family appreciate and are very thankful for all he has done till now. He is a caring and a wonderful person ❤️ and I thank God for showing us this wonderful person. We have been patients of Dr. Mirza for a good 20 years. We live almost 50 Kms from C'Town, so this shows our Faith in his very professional and very caring commitment to us (and his as) patients. We have found his practice and his Doctor sons and staff extremely polite and helpful. We will continue to have Dr. Mirza as our GP for as long as he practices.

Dr Mirza is a rude man, very unprofessional. Reception service is also very slow. Booking the appointment I attempted to call the practice for over half an hour no response. I drove out there. I finally get in after waiting outside. I ask if they’re closed, I was trying to call for half an hour .. the receptionist said he was in an hour long meeting and got side tracked and he is the only receptionist there. I probably shouldn’t have continued but I did. I get to my appointment on time and wait for over an hour. During the session Dr Mirza would cut me off mid conversation to speak and answer calls. I get a blood test come back. Was told rudely I would have to pay for them and wasn’t told I could get them emailed for free . Even by the receptionist.. I then go to get an ECG and before I go in I asked the receptionist if he could print my blood test results from the other day. He said he would and have it ready once I’m out. I go in and then when I come out the receptionist is in a room with a patient, laughing, chatting. No one else is able to assist me. I wait for 30 minutes - He comes out to help the patient to his car and the patient sees me waiting and offers for him to serve me first. The receptionist says “No, don’t worry”. ( could’ve maybe taken 30 seconds which is what it took in the end, to print out the papers he promised ?) Take his time to talk to the patient outside. Then the dad - Dr Mirza comes out and asks me what I’m waiting for and starts having a go at me after I tell him I’m waiting for my results and have been at the practice for over 2 hrs and need to get going. Dr Mirza then starts getting aggressive, trying to start an argument and trying to make a scene in the front lobby from that comment alone in front of other patients. I had to try to de-escalate. Absolutely unprofessional and poor time management. Will do my best not to go back here again. I first came here seeing 4+ stars on google. After looking online I see this practice is registered twice google and the other review page (2.3 stars) has people saying the exact same thing. E.g Dr Mirza creating scenes in the lobby. Super unprofessional.

Dr Mirza is the fantastic GP. I have know him for nearly 20 years. He is the best Doctor I’ve know off. Absolutely trust him putting my family’s health and my health.
