Could not have felt safer.
I had surgery done last Thursday and since I suffer with mental health issues, I was having a very hard time trying to keep calm about the whole thing.

There was a doctor there (I wish I got his name but he has vitiligo skin) that made me feel so comfortable and so incredibly confident about going in for the surgery. He should absolutely get more gratitude and more praise because he is just so great.

After my surgery, I was in 10/10 pain (which is expected of course) and instead of leaving me there in pain like some hospitals I’ve been to, they gave me pain killers straight away and made sure I was okay.
I was given a room within 15 minutes for overnight stay, and the nurses there would check on me every 15-30 minutes without me even pressing the button!
All the staff there was so lovely and I’m so incredibly lucky that my first surgery was with them because I’ve never had such a beautiful experience.

Cannot recommend this hospital enough and I’m forever grateful ❤️

Dr Preeti Raghavan is a wonderful paediatrician, she was very thorough when seeing my daughter, however the receptionist lady I spoke to today was very unprofessional. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what was going on but the way she spoke to me was extremely rude and therefore I have decided I will not be returning to this clinic. I highly recommend you hire a new receptionist who will approach people with kindness rather than hostility and bluntness.

It is a little harsh to write a negative review when the staff seem to have a good nature and remain friendly throughout. However this is a private hospital that makes the nearby public hospital look grand and modern. The facilities look tired, the staff seem stretched beyond capacity. They don't seem to be able to cover for leave, and have many vacant positions. The staff seem resigned to the delays and they just seem to be accepted and commonplace.
I spent 8 hours in there last Wednesday for a 30 minute procedure, was rushed from waiting room to waiting room, only to sit and wait for hours each time. At each stage they rushed the patient (it was not just me the whole cohort was complaining by the end of the day) only for us to have to wait for who knows what? They told my wife to arrive a 6:45pm (after originally providing a 5pm estimated discharge time) to pick me up and to park in the 2 minute space out front (parking is terrible). I was discharged at approx 9pm, because the discharge nurse was on leave and was covered by the RN who was well behind. The mood in the waiting room outside discharge was more than a little tense, with 8 patients waiting for over 30 minutes without any movement in the queue and delays all day. I am glad that patients bit their tongues as matters could have gotten out of hand easily at that point.
Their systems also seem to be inadequate. The admission paperwork was a mess, it is all self service with these guys, and they referred me back to the specialist for an admission time. Roughly an hour before the advised admission time i got a call to ask where I was, and was told the actual admission time was an hour before the time that the specialist advised me. These sorts of stuff ups can add greatly to the stress of the procedure. Everyone left tired and wishing their specialist performed procedures elsewhere.
Do we pay hefty private health insurance premiums for this?
There were excuses given regarding COVID and required leave, seriously by now they should have sorted something out for coverage for that.
This is not good enough.

Yesterday afternoon I went for a day surgery , I am so disappointed with the behaviour of a nurse who was working in recovery. After waking up in the recovery, the first nurse who was looking after me seemed like she didn't want to be there. She was so rude and arrogant. I felt very bad, down. That moment I just woke up after my surgery, didn’t expect rude, arrogant behaviour. Nursing profession is for caring, kind and patient person. She should change her profession if nursing doesn’t suit her. She moved me very quick to other post operative care room, I informed other nurses about her behaviour . The nurses were okay in that room, but still I feel they should improve their behaviour, service, so that patients feel more comfortable. I don’t have private health insurance, paid all of the bills from my pocket. I went to your hospital only for my Doctor Andrew Ong. I am very happy with my doctor and his surgery team. Received very good care from them.

I had a great experience in the Day Surgery. The nurses were so lovely and nice. Always checking up on me to make sure I was ok. The waiting time was a little longer than expected but the nurses made up for it. The process of being admitted and discharged was very quick.

Really disappointed. Paying private fees i would expect a private room. Didn’t get that. Put in a shared room. Shared toilet door wouldn’t even lock. No bin in the bathroom. Had to request for all of it to be fixed. Pretty disgraceful for the $5k fees paid. Food was the same as the public hospital. Given pasta that was full of grit like munching on sand. So much noise. Cleaners banging and smashing when cleaning at ungodly hours of the morning. Wouldn’t come here again. Would rather travel a further distance for better facilities.

Edited to add: emailed the address below as requested and no one even followed up. Atrocious customer service to complement the atrocious hospital facilities.

I have just spent 12 days in the rehab ward. The nursing care was extremely high quality and I felt nurtured and safe. The physio was also very well run and successful. The housekeeping and food service were also of a high standard. The food itself was also well above hospital standard.
I was surprised by the number of shared rooms in a private hospital. Sharing a bathroom in healing setting is counterproductive.
Thank you to the staff!
