Stay away from this clinic, specifically from
Dr. Hung Ngyuengn , poor communication, always on rush, rude, disrespectful, had my wife’s cysts removed so badly she hed to go to emergency after surgeries no directions given afterwards , what a joke, charged $150 out of pocket? Never recommend to anyone, stay way from this doctor be careful, hardly believe doctor like this practice in Australia?

My first time with this medical Centre, waited 2 hours to see a Doctor. Unfortunately I have to cancel my appointment without seeing a Doctor. They may claim I haven’t made an appointment, but I noticed that some other patients walk in without an appointment but they have been there before so they don’t want to wait much.
I felt that Doctors are not interested to attend a new patient.
This centre not even deserves 1 star, I gave 1 star only because of the receptionist effort to book me in.

Consistently the worst. Massive wait times, reception have no idea, doctors are rude and the only place I've ever had a doctor tell me to see another doctor for asking too many questions.

I recently had a very negative experience at Campbelltown Mall Medical Centre. I had booked an appointment over the phone with the receptionist and when I arrived, I notified the receptionist that I had arrived. I was asked to take a seat and wait to be called by the doctor. I waited about 40 minutes, so I spoke to the reception to ask how much longer I would have to wait, as I was on my lunch break. I was advised that the original doctor that I was booked in for had finished for the day and was about to go home because he does not see patients that are not regular. This is something that they could have checked when I booked my appointment. The receptionist advised that they had moved me over to see a different doctor, and that there were 3 more patients before me. At this time, I had already been waiting 40 minutes without knowing what had happened, and I was told that I had to wait for another 3 patients before me. I was absolutely appalled by the poor standard of service at this clinic. The poor communication skills of the staff and the doctor's refusal to see patients that are not regulars is absolutely appalling. My time is just as important as theirs.

The worst doctors made a mess of my mums face when she got a cancer cut out it got infected nurse used dirty gauze bandaid she fainted nurse did not listen totally disgusted in the care she hasn’t got from there

Very poor customer service. Doesn't welcome new patients with convenient strategy. Can't maintain booking schedule even with 1hr extra. Recommend to just go across the road at Campbelltown Medical and Dental. Can't complain there at all.

Dr David Tan is hands down one of the most disrespectful, aggressive, condescending doctors I’ve ever experienced. The fact that he works in the health sector with vulnerable people is mind blowing. I was booked in for a telehealth appointment because I was unable to come in due to health reasons and when calling me literally told me I was a waste of his time because I was unable to come in? He wouldn’t even let me explain any symptoms I was having and just hung up on me. I called back and the receptionist apologized and arranged to have another doctor call me sometime later. Avoid this “doctor”, I’m still reeling over being treated that way.

The receptionists are lovely. Just doing their job. But the overall centre needs better practice managers, more doctors, a booking system and telehealth appointments. It needs to be brought up to 2022 standards. I have unfortunately moved my care to another centre with just that, and can say that having to come back here to get my results just showed me why i had to find a new clinic in the first place.
Hopefully for the receptionists sake (having to deal with irate patients) they can do better moving forward. Leaving this review to trigger that change.
