I recently visited this clinic and saw Dr. R Williams's for a booster vaccination appointment. I had to come back as this vaccination is a three dose course. This appointment was booked 6 months ago by my usual doctor. However I was told on arrival that my regular doctor was unavailable, I agreed to see another doctor which was Dr Robyn Williams. To my surprise, I was charged $55 for a consultation that lasted less than a minute. During this brief interaction, I merely confirmed the type of vaccination I needed. Then I was given the vaccination by a nurse not her.

While I can't comment on Dr. R Williams's diagnostic abilities, I found the fee excessive for such a short consultation. If you anticipate a brief appointment, consider discussing fees upfront or exploring other options to avoid unexpected charges.

Note that there are other doctors at this clinic who are happy to waive consult fees if it was short.

Love this practice. I’m a frequent visitor due to chronic condition and my doctor is always patient, caring and looking for solutions. I’m grateful for the high standard of care from all the staff.

All the staff at Camp Hill Healthcare are brilliant and caring. I have been going here for over 20 years. All the doctors and nurses are great. Especially Dr Megan Ashcroft and Dr Ian Williams they have both looked after my family for years. It is a private practice.

The doctors here are simply excellent, but the practice management makes it almost unworkable. The blanket policy of cancelling an appointment after ten minutes, even when you are pulling into the carpark, and the mismatch between appointment length and booking allowance meaning that average wait is at least 30 minutes, means that going to this clinic is a one-hour commitment for something that should take 20 mins. The location is frustrating to access and the newer reception staff seem to have brain and heart bypasses. After 15 years it is time to move the family on. Thanks to the doctors for your amazing expertise and caring. It is a shame it is so hard to get to see you.

Dr Libby Gray at Camp Hill Medical is an exceptional care provider. She is kind, caring, compassionate, dedicated, and is always there for her patients. She is a great doctor and we see her as a whole family because of it.

I’m giving one star because is it almost impossible to reach the center by phone. You are put on hold forever. I see Dr Lee and Dr Mullen, they are both very good, very professional and helpful.

I needed to find a new medical GP, decided to try this place because I work close by. Dr Skinner was so thorough, kind and great with following up with me and and organising specialist referrals when I needed it. This is why I don’t mind paying out of pocket, it’s very reasonably priced considering how much they care. The reception staff are also lovely to deal with. I’m even getting my partner to come see the doctors here! Thanks again!

My partner has recently gone to Camp Hill Medical twice after being referred by family to this clinic. Unfortunately, on two (2) occasions she was underwhelmed. The first was the doctor misreading the date of test results and providing advice from an old test which was disappointing and not the actual results to only later being advised of the mistake. This was after days of stressing. The second was attending an appointment, spending money on that consultation, to be sent on no referrals or provided no prescriptions. Then, the next day, being called and told some testing should be done with no explanation or reason and being left to stress about why now tests are being ordered. In all, pretty poor patient care. I am sure they are qualified doctors but certainly made their patient feel worse after seeing them. Unfortunately, won’t be re-attending.
