I've never had a problem here. There's a lovely receptionist at the counter, awesome doctors who care and are prepared to help as much as possible and the wait times aren't as bad as other reviews make out. I've dealt with worse at other GPs. It's par of the course of waiting for appointments because everyone has different needs and times needed for their issues.

Be Kind, Patience. Don't be a Karen or Aaaron. Waiting times can differ depending how busy it is. I have read and heard while waiting in the waiting room people skills ? manners some don't have any at all. Doctors and staff are amazing 10/10

Went in for a walk in and was advised the doctors were “triple booked”. Made an appointment online a few weeks later and sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes past the appointment time. Asked receptionist how many people were in front, she said 3. I asked why they overbooked my appointment. She became defensive, cut me off and told me to ask the doctors. Absolutely ridiculous. If I could give no stars I would. Will not be coming back regardless of how “good” the doctors are. They seem to care about lining their pockets instead of their patients health concerns.

The receptionist and doctor were both wonderful, thorough, gentle, and really helped me when I was very sick and couldn't get in anywhere else. I was treated with respect and kindness, especially by the very lovely reception staff. The practice itself is spacious and clean and comfortable. I will be going back again and highly reccomend the practice, I had a really good experience. Couldn't be happier.

I highly recommend this practice. Emma the receptionist goes the extra mile to help as much as possible & is very supportive of patients. Dr Abbas is highly skilled & He takes the time to listen & gives you His undivided attention. All the staff are very very helpful.

They have no respect what so ever. Took my daughter for a check up and we waited more than 1 hour and 10 minutes and it was not our turn to see the doctor. We had a confirmed appointment but looks like they always overbook. Not the first time that this happen as my wife had a similar wait the time before. Never stepping a foot again!

You can never get in to see a doctor. I don't plan to be sick but when I need one you have to book days in advance. It's becoming a joke
