Dr Edwards is an amazing human being, does so much above and beyond for his patients. The reception girls are wonderful, absolutely no nonsense but as helpful as can be in genuine circumstances. Wait times can be long, but once you’re in with the doctor you have their full attention for as long as needed.

If you can get past the “gatekeeper” Jude or June!who is extremely rude and condescending, and speaks to you on the phone like your a nuisance ! It’s obvious she’s over it, and couldn’t care less! All the other women who answer are lovely and try their hardest to help. My doctor once asked me why I didn’t just ring up and leave a message, I told him ‘She more or less told me I’d have to make an appointment and the next available one was in 5 weeks! And I should organise myself better’ Or go and see a GP! She would not be leaving a message. She really lets down an otherwise good team.

Dr Peter Connor has got to be the most Dodgiest Practitioner I've met. Peter seems to have no idea what he is talking about and goes on long tangents that mean nothing. For Your Health & Wellbeing please avoid this place at all costs.

A joke. I was referred by my gp, the doctor there said he would contact me after a week after my appointment, been 9+ months and doctor and reception staff won't answer my calls or messages. 👍

Well, Robbie is absolutely correct. As a competent OTP - Opioid Treatment Program - prescriber, *of course* drug addicts are not going to get prescriptions on demand!

There are strict government rules for prescribing opioids - narcotics - and addicts can be treated by supervised daily dosing or monthly injections. That is the only way they will be able to control their problems, maybe - but only maybe - eventually overcoming addiction.

This may not suit them, but blaming the doctor for their problem is simply not going to wash!

Not taking new patients. Outside smoking area. Friendly staff and highly knowledgeable doctors. Do sublocade injections and prescriptions for opiate dependant people.
