Dr Ben was very professional & easy to speak to. Easily the best Skin Cancer Specialist I've ever dealt with. Swiftly identified an area of concern & investigated/remedied the issue. As per agreement he awaited a biopsy result & contacted me. 10/10 overall. I highly recommend this ethical, clean & modern medical practice.

How can someone examining every inch of your body with a magnifying glass be enjoyable? Well Dr Shekar made for a very pleasant afternoon! Been two years since my last visit and was like catching up with an old friend whilst getting every mole and freckle analysed. Thankfully all clear!

I have been to the Caloundra Skin Cancer Centre multiple times now, and the staff and doctors have always been wonderful and friendly. As a woman when you get a full body skin check it can be very intimidating, but the doctors have always made me feel completely comfortable, especially my doctor, Dr Cielo. She is very thorough and did a fantastic job spotting and biopsying a bcc below my eyebrow, making sure not to ruin my tattooed brow, even though it required further removal at hospital. I hope she will be there for a long time to continue to do my six monthly skin checks.

An excellent experience 5-star! My Doctor Thanu was genuinely welcoming. Thanu showed how much she cared in the time and effort checking my skin thoroughly for any abnormalities. She gave sound advice for moisturising and sun protection and was friendly and personable and made me feel very at ease and confident in her findings.
I have visited previously with my husband when he had to have a fairly large procedure. Dr Thanu and her nurse were lovely. They made the experience a nice one even though the procedure was fairly intense. Her natural abilities shone through and she was so thorough and precise with genuine concern as we were cleaving for interstate the next day and popped us in again just to ensure the wound was healing well.
Dr Thanu is an exceptional medical practitioner and is highly regarded in our eyes. You wouldn't find a more genuine and caring skin Doctor who really goes that extra mile to care for her patience. Top marks Thanu. Thank you!

I went to have a skin check. I was worried about a spot on my face which needed a biopsy. Dr.Thanu Shekar was so lovely, kept me calm was super friendly and very efficient with the procedure 🫶🏼 so happy and would encourage anyone who is scared of anything to do with skin checks to make an appointment with Dr Shekar. Her team from the admin staff to the nursing crew are caring and super friendly. 🙌🏼🙏🏼
