Calm Bar is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the facilities. Tony and his team have created a very relaxing and calm space which is immaculately clean. The sauna rooms are spacious and private with showers (optional) that have lovely body wash and hair care you can use. The rooms with ice baths give a great experience as you can go from the sauna to the ice bath all in the one private room. Fabulous experience at affordable prices that I’d recommend to anyone. ☺️

Great and unique experience. Super clean, a friendly and professional team and high quality sauna and ice baths make for a great way to spend an hour or so.

Also very cool how the guys give you the tip on the ice bath - it can be confronting and challenging if you’ve not done it before so it’s nice to know this beforehand.

But a great experience and I’ll be back to try and master it and get the most benefit from it.

Calm Bar is a welcome addition to the Rozelle village precinct.

I love calm bar! I’ve been going weekly for the last year to sauna and only recently started in the ice bath too. Really clean facilities and super tranquil. Helping with muscle recovery, relaxation and switching off. The breath work is an incredible experience that I think everyone should try. If you’re a runner, the leg compression boots are a game changer.

Couldn’t recommend it enough!

My partner and I took a Friday off work and came to Calm Bar. WOW what an experience. The name fits the feeling. It really is a calm space! We had our own private room with an infrared sauna and cold plunge. We spent an hour in the room and it is just what we needed. How are we spending our afternoon post Calm Bar? With a long and relaxing nap. Thank you to the gentleman that assisted us! Your service was amazing. ?

My partner and I recently visited and the experience at Calm Bar was amazing. We were greeted into the lovely space with a smile, a calming scent and explained the finer details. The private room was spacious, beautifully finished and well laid out. It was a perfect way to spend some time completely renewing the system. The sauna was roomy for 2 and the ice-bath was large and cold!!!! As it is meant to be! We had a fantastic experience and could have moved between the room all day. Highly recommend a visit to CalmBar - we will certainly be visiting more often!! We left feeling extremely relaxed and revitalised, thank you!

Daniela is a magician with her Muscle Corrective Therapy! I went for a knot in my back, thinking it would be a normal massage, it is so much more. I had no idea how knotted, tight and restricted my whole body was. Trying to sit straight my back hurt and fatigued easily - thinking I needed to strengthen muscles, always needing a backrest. Hips cramped with crossed legs. All the years of massage, physio, training and nothing comes close to what this does. Now I can sit crossed legged on the floor with no support and it is easy. Pain is gone, I have range of motion, flexibility is increasing. Thank you, I am so grateful to have the ease of movement I do now. Everyone should do Muscle Corrective Therapy with Daniela!

This place is such a sanctuary and a wonderful place to destress. I did the 1 hour sauna + ice bath (with a free breath work session beforehand which was awesome!)

You get your own private space with a generously sized sauna + shower + ice bath. It is so relaxing with dimmed lighting and you can connect your own music / podcast too. I left feeling really calm and relaxed. Will definitely be back!
