Can't believe the number of negative reviews here.Only been there half a dozen times however the staff I have spoken with have been excellent and the Dr. very thorough and on time.

Recently booked my two young sons for their immunisations, which required a follow up injection a few weeks after. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the nurse, Julie. She took the time to make my boys comfortable and explained what I could expect as possible side effects. The boys were not worried about getting their follow up shots at all a fortnight later - thank you!

During lockdown I was stranded away from my regular doctor, and I contacted this centre to get the flu immunisation jab, and even though I had not attended the centre before they helped me out, since then, twice I have needed medical attention and this centre has assisted me. Staff are helpful and friendly and Dr Cook is wonderful, she has a wonderful attitude and is extremely professional. Would recommend this centre to anyone requiring medical attention.

Had a certain doctor for years they moved to this clinic have been declined 3 visits when trying to book they have used various excuses but today its evident she just doesn't want to see me. Im in agony and need to see a doctor who knows my conditions . Pretty much only option now is the hospital. Pretty disappointing...

Took my daughter for a mental health plan and they charged me $270 for the appointment. They never mentioned the cost at all when I made the appointment.

I walked in and I told her my problem
.. she replied with " so what do you want me to do about that "

Uh well as far as I know your the dr not me ... so how bout you tell me how I can fix this , I thought.

Just Rang Calliope Medical and couldn't fit my daughter who is 2 in when she had split her chin open. Don't really think they were that busy
