When we entered the store, we were kindly greeted by a young man at the checkout. We described our symptoms to him. Since he didn't know about it, he said we had to wait for the pharmacist to come so she could take a look. She was at the adjacent counter working on the computer (without customers). When we tried to explain the situation again, she rather unfriendly said she had to handle a case and she wasn't finished yet. As mentioned, there were no other customers in the pharmacy at the time. So, we stood there for two to three minutes just waiting, and the pharmacist acted as if we weren't there. Finally, after 3-4 minutes, we left without buying anything or receiving advice. I understand that office work needs to be done, but please not at the checkout, rather in the back office. We felt quite out of place. 😞

Would not recommend, Pharmacist was nice and processed script timely but when it came to paying for our order the Retail Manager spent close to ten minutes in general conversation with the customer in front of us despite the fact there was four people behind us on line. Witnessed two customers give up and return stock to the shelf and walk out.
