Had a very bad experience. First experience at the clinic and all they made me feel is that I am a bad mom. They showed no signs of empathy or they may have but seemed really pretentious. It saddened me to see a clinical nurse more obsessed in providing instructions than showing interactions a crying child. Also making us parents feel like we are absolutely stupid. I am pretty sure there are better ways in delivering the message across in a way that isn’t derogatory. It’s public system but kindness is free. Just be kind and genuinely care. Felt like we were just part of the checklist. Hope it improves.

Staff are very friendly, and helpful. My little girl received her 12 month injections today and they did everything to keep her calm & happy.(She loved the bubbles!) The doctors & nurses there are great. They give you advise on topics your worried about with your child and refer you on to the right people to help you out. Thankyou guys for all your help today!

I have just had an interaction with a very rude call centre operator who was very nasty and declined to answer my reasonable questions. When I said to her she could speak a little more nicely she then abruptly hung up on me. Totally unacceptable. This person is not suitable for a role interacting with the general public.

I am so impressed how everyone treated my neighbour. Wednesday afternoon he called me over to tell me his denture had a crack. So I rang on his behalf to see what we could done. Front desk was amazing, sorry can't remember your name, but what I saw , you were all amazing. By Thursday afternoon, all was done. You are all amazing, well done.

I had good and bad experiences with the drop in clinic for babies. I was given the same advices for different situations and different babies, that makes me think they just repeat the sentences without thinking about what they say. Some nurses are very good, some others just put stress on you when there's no need.
