a lovely youngster by thy name of a famous australian rules footballer born 1979 served me and my french doodle dog the other day. Although Molotov van rooblaban the third had to wait outside, she made sure to scan my three items; a hammer, ductape and a shovel very quickly as I was in such a hurry to get back to my.....cooking show. my diabetes were shocking that day and i warned her that if I was to collapse she would have to shove a glucagon injection into the right side of my mudflap bottom. she didnt even hesitiate when replying and eagarly nodded. she remeinded me of myself in my younger days....willing...a lust for life....diabetic....lactose intolerant. Anywhoo!!!! I had such a spankingly fabulous time at this store. Long live the queen!!!

These guys more competitive than the multi national down the road 😊. Needed some advice with ordering materials for a stormwater trench at home and thankfully Daniel was just the person to help me . Right from the outset to ordering the correct materials and sending the quote through to how to connect pipes and he even carried out the 6m lengths of conduit to put them on the Ute. Called up the bungalow store for a security screen door quote a month ago and had my measurements ready and was told I would hear back in the next week. The lady on the phone was rude and abrupt, didn’t even know cairns suburbs. Seems like some common sense is missing here with customer service. I Never heard back. It’s been a month and I’ve had another business give me a quote and correct measurements in that timeframe and so I am going with them…seems like cairns hardware don’t need to the customers.
