Dr Sebastian takes amazing care for her patients. I was really impressed. Will definitely see her next time. The receptionists are always with high standards of their service, always polite, patient and willing to listen and help.

The service was fast. and it seemed the doctor I saw was a bit brash and felt like she wanted to end the consult quick. It was straight to the point consult but not as considerate as other doctors I have seen in the facility. Other than that was a good service. The admin were quick and friendly. Handy service to have open 24/7 its very good.

My experience was lovely. The employees were all professional, informative and polite. I didn’t have to wait long but they were very upfront about how long I may have to wait to be seen since I didn’t have an appointment. I’d recommend this facility to everyone

First time in the clinic and it was a lovely experience. Have been seen by Dr Jamie Sebastian and she's been very thorough, concise and witty. People in the front were also very quick in checking me in. If one wants a bulk billing service, I'd recommend Dr Jamie in this premise. 👍🏻

Only reason I still attend this place is because of the wonderful Doctor I have been seeing here for a couple of decades.
This score does not reflect my Dr’s service at all.

I have rated one star due to the CONSISTENT low-level and rude customer service delivered by Receptionists.

Not sure whether it’s bad morale, lack of training, mismanagement or other.

Cairns GP Superclinic was a wonderful medical experience. I arrived with an urgent need and was seen in little over an hour. My GP was very professional, saw to my issue quickly, (resolving the problem) and prescribed medication. He also gave me advice I needed about how to protect myself from the issue re-occurring - simple advice that I have never been given by any GP before

Dr Su at the Cairns 24hr GP Superclinic was awesome. Felt comfortable, listened to and she seemed very competent and knowledgeable. Everything was timely and the nurse I had was fabulous too. Very convenient that the pharmacy and pathology are right beside the doctors as well for any scripts and tests that need doing. Will definitely be coming back.
