Dr Javaid Baba is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. I have a serious condition and needed medication urgently and he would not prescribe. He was very dismissive and kept saying I would need to book another appointment. I was travelling and only in Cairns for a day so this was not possible. He refused to call my regular doctor in Brisbane to discuss my condition. Explained I had a 2 day drive ahead of me back to Brisbane and I needed my script filled I didn’t have enough medication for the journey home. Flat out refused, he was rude about it and even laughed a few times. He advised more than once that he is new to the practice and I am a new patient which means I would need to come back. I’ve never experienced this before, a so called ‘doctor’ that cannot prescribe medication. What a joke. This place is a scam only after $$$. In a rough part of time and pretty run done looking practice.

Amazing medical centre! Whole team are fantastic. Reception always so warm, friendly and accommodating. Nurses are wonderful. Dr Lucas Mar is a phenomenal doctor, highly recommend!!

Dr. Suresh is only after money. Shouldn't be a doctor and never will admit his mistakes. It's sad we had a great doctor who was the co-owner unfortunately he left for Melbourne. We have no faith in Dr.Suresh anymore.

They fit me in last minute when I was desperately calling around to get my son in to see a dr on a Sunday on a long weekend. The dr was very patient with my cranky 15 month old, reception were kind and accomodating.

Beyond terrible, 15 phone calls, 7 emails and three visits to get my son booked in with his DR, the same Dr he has seen for 5 years to manage his chronic conditions.

The reception and admin team need a shake up, this is not acceptable! A practice manager with a understanding of the needs of their patients would benefit this GP.

If you have a illness that requires ongoing medical appointments this practice is no longer fit to manage these situations!
